Completed Fall '04, first-floor garden condominium located in a nearly new, luxury, country club. Colonial Country Club is located 15 minutes from the Southwest Florida Regional Airport in Fort Myers.

Colonial Country Club boasts a championship 18-hole golf course and a lovely golf pro shop. One can warm up on the aquatic driving range or practice putting green. There are also eight lighted, har-tru, clay tennis courts and two lighted hard courts. There is a tennis pro shop. Both the golf and tennis pro shops are staffed with professionals who can arrange games and give lessons.

There is a very large, fully-equipped fitness center with any machine one could want. There is a supervisor and individual TV's with state-of-the-art treadmills. In the same building are luxurious men's and women's locker rooms, massage rooms, activity rooms and a lending library. There are many swimming pools, one of which is a mere 20 yards from our condominium. There are walking and biking trails available as well as nature walks through the club's preserves where one sees birds, and beautiful flora.

The brand-new full service clubhouse with restaurants and bars was completed in December 2004. It offers great cuisine, as well as casual meals inside or on screened porches overlooking the golf course. The restaurants are popular and reasonably priced.

Our condominium has been lovingly furnished with all new beds and bedding plus furniture from Dayton, OH, and Naples, Florida. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, double-sink vanity, two-person shower with seat, and a large walk-in closet. The suite looks out on our lake. The guest bedroom has twin beds. The screened lanai is furnished with table and chairs and overlooks lovely perennial flowers, palm trees and one of the several lakes. We eat, play cards, and relax on the lanai. We enjoy much quiet privacy.

The entire building is sound insulated. We do not hear neighbors.
