Come and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and the emerald green water at Gulf Highland Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. You can relax at the pool by the beach, or at one of the other ten pools located throughout the resort, three of which are heated and one of those is right across from our townhouse. Our resort offers six tennis courts, shuffleboard, an 18 hole miniature golf course, and 24 hour security, ALL FOR FREE. Gulf Highlands is a very family-friendly resort.
Our newly decorated townhouses are just about 1 block from the beach, an easy walk through the resort. Condo "A" offers two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. This condo has queen size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms. Condo "A" also has a gulf view. Condo "B" has two bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. This condo has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Both units have a balcony off the master bedroom. The lower levels offer a living room beautifully furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and recliner.
A TV with a DVD player and VCR is furnished for your enjoyment. Another half bath is adjacent to the living room. The dining area and the kitchen are fully-equipped for any type of entertaining you may want to do. Just out the back door you will enjoy a porch and patio with a gas grill for your convenience.
Gulf Highlands is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, grocery shopping, movie theaters, nightclubs, and other amusements.
You will love staying here. We are close to all of the new restaurants and attractions of the NEW PANAMA CITY BEACH.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Security Deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of booking to hold week unless other arrangements have been made.
* Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to receive deposit refund.
* Deposit will be refunded after Departure Inspection of the unit
* Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-in 4:00pm and Check-out 9:00am.
