Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It was everything we had hoped it would be. Perfect for 2 couples everything is so well done and both bedroom suites were spacious and well appointed. I am not always a great sleeper away from home but the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby every night. Loved the location, close to downtown Sonoma so we walked down to get our morning coffee and to dinner a couple of evenings as well. I made good use of the hot tub grabbing a magazine and relaxing in the afternoon or evening with a good soak. The owners were great and helped with everything and we took advantage of their California wine tours company. We had a driver who took us around to several wineries. She recommended some small out of way wineries we had never heard of and they were the best. Don't miss Truett-Hurst, for lunch we grabbed some food at the market and sat along the river and enjoyed some great wine in the most relaxing setting. Can't wait to get back to Sonoma and I would certainly recommend this wonderful home to anyone vacationing in this area. Thanks again for everything.

The bungalow itself was perfect and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the Sonoma Town Square and used the bikes to get around town as well. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity, including personal care products such as shampoo and clothing detergent. I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to stay there again.

Property was beautiful and everything was perfect. Location was convenient for a short walk into town (if desired). I would certainly rent this property again if available upon my next visit.

We enjoyed the house & had a great time. The only negative was not being able to use the hot tub or be in the backyard after 10pm.

Owner response: Being a legal and licensed vacation rental located within the city limits means that we must strictly follow city ordinance. The Hot Tub cannot be used after 10pm due to the proximity to the nearest neighbor. We make all of our customers aware of this City ordinance prior to booking. If your looking for a place to "Hoot it Up" after 10pm this is not your house. If your looking for the nicest vacation rental in Sonoma you found it!
We had a wonderful time in Sonoma. This house was perfect for two couples, it was large enough for everyone to have their own personal space yet not too big. Besides the location, it was very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all items necessary to cook "at home.” The owners were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I only wish we had scheduled more time there, four days was not long enough. I would highly recommend this house to couples or a small family.

We loved everything about this home and our stay! We rented with another couple and felt it was a great set-up, with each couple having some privacy. The only suggestion is bed size, it was hard to feel good about choosing rooms when one of the beds is smaller, but that is literally the only constructive comment I can make. I love to cook and the kitchen was wonderful. Our friends made good use of the hot tub. The yard was pretty, loved the roses, and the location was great with a nice, leisurely stroll to the plaza. The owners obviously take care of their home, it shows in every way. We just cannot say enough good things about the property!

Owner response: Fully remodeling a Historical Home can get a bit tricky. We always wanted to have 2 master suites and tried hard to fit a king bed in each however the King felt a bit large for the smaller master so we went with a Queen instead. The good news is that master has a large sliding door with easy access to the back patio and Hot Tub.
Great house, lovely owner!
Great house, lovely owner!
We really enjoyed staying at this bungalow. It's an awesome location, very close to the Square. Mike was very helpful and considerate, and came to show us the place we first got there. It is clearly brand-new and beautifully decorated. A lot of love went into making this house! The only downside is you can't use the hot tub after 10, and the neighbors actually complained one night because a light was left on on the outside porch. The neighbors are clearly very high maintenance. But other than that it was absolutely fabulous, and we really liked the house and the owner. This is a wonderful place to rent in Sonoma!!

Owner response: Being located just 3 blocks from the Historic Sonoma Plaza the City of Sonoma along with the County in the past few years has really tightened up the on legal vacation rentals and strictly enforce the City noise ordinance which is no outdoor noise after 10pm. In the past our Hot Tub with jets running and conversations well above normal have caused my neighbor in the rear to complain. Which is why we do not allow any Hot Tub use after 10pm.
Perfection in the Valley!
Perfection in the Valley!
Truly a perfect home for our family to have stayed. Location Location Location combined with the most professionally finished interior design..impeccable!! If I could just figure out how to do my day to day business from the hot tub everyday, I'd never leave! Finally, the Broadway Bungalow was the "perfect pairing" with California Wine Tours!!! Thanks for making it all come true for us!!

We had a lovely stay at this house - everything we needed was there and the house was extremely comfortable, clean and just beautifully decorated. It is also much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Walking distance to the city center and all amenities. We had an infant and the owner was excellent in being able to provide a pack and play for our stay. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the hallways so everyone had their own privacy. I would not hesitate to stay again at this location in the future.

Very nice house! Professionally decorated, down to the last detail! Very comfortable beds and linens. I was able to get a cleaning service half way through our stay as well. The owners are very accommodating, even left us a cooler to use for the week. Everything in this house is an upgrade! Walking distance to Sonoma square, Hop Monk Tavern, Saddles Steakhouse, stores and more! I would definitely stay here again! Very quiet backyard with a nice water fountain, jacuzzi, grill and outside table for dining. If you stay be sure to check out the Tueday afternoon farmers market in the square and Friday evening music at Sabastiani Winery. It's also a great location and easy drive into Napa! We will be back!
