Our Condominium is directly across from the beach and fishing pier (open 24 hours), and just minutes from Moody Garden, Johnson Space Center, The Strand Historical District, dog tracks, and the super fun Schlitterbahn! There are also two pools (one heated) available.
The condo features everything you will need to live comfortably including a full kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, coffeemaker, and microwave. There is also a charcoal grill in the picnic area. An ice machine, vending machine, washer and dryer, as well as an elevator are located near the condo for your use. Parking is free (some covered). No Pets Are Allowed and This is a Non-Smoking Unit.
For those that need a working vacation, we also offer SBC Yahoo DSL high speed internet service.

Weekend Rates (Friday and Saturday) .... $120-$175/night (2 night minimum).
Weekly Rates .. $495-$950/week.
Monthly Rates .. Available upon request.
Low Season: After Labor Day through January 31.
Mid Season: February 1 to May 15, Thanksgiving, Holidays & Special Events.
Peak Season: May 16 through Labor Day.
