The second floor, two bedroom two full bath 1300 square foot condominium offers vaulted ceilings, washer and dryer in the unit, covered parking, a heated pool steps away, screened/tiled lanai overlooking the golf course and much much more.
The central convenient location of Estero right between Naples and Fort Myers and two minutes to I-75 makes this community a great spot to see all of Southwest Florida during your stay.
This smoke-free condo also includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, a queen sized pull out sofa bed in the living room. All community amenities are included in the rental price along with cable TV, electric, local phone, water and trash removal.
The 24 hour gated community offers a challenging golf course open to the public with reasonable greens fees, three heated swimming pools, a hot tub, gym, tennis courts, baseball fields and a basketball court.
The community is two miles from six year old 7,000 seat Germain Arena, home to a minor league Arena2 football team, the Florida Everblades hockey team of the ECHL and a USBL basketball team plus a host of other entertainment events such as big name concerts and skating shows.
Stoneybrook is a few miles from the brand new upscale shopping at Coconut Point Mall and the Gulf Coast Town Center. Miromar Outlet Mall is also less than a half mile from the entrance of Stoneybrook. This condominium is ten minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and 20 minutes to the beach. We gladly accept dogs but no cats.
