  We rented the condo for one month and were extremely pleased with the location as you can walk to historic Scottsdale within minutes(shops, restaurants, movie theatre, shopping centre) and ride the free trolley(stop located one block behind condo). The condo is well appointed and quite comfortable but attention needs to be given to renewing some of the towels, pots and pans and some dishes.The pool area is quite nice and the gardens are lovely. The neighbours are quite friendly and many have been going there for years. We would suggest that the condo be checked before a new tenant arrives as there were several deficiencies such as telephone not working, fridge leaking, towel bar needed tightening, hot water tap in guest bathroon was loose and basically non funtionnal. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the people and sights of Arizona and even got to see a Coyotes game.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We were there 3/25 -3/31/12 and really enjoyed our stay! Most all of the Old Towne Scottsdale, restaurants, art district and sights were easy to walk to. Quiet, friendly people around the condo complex. Most all of the Phoenix area / sights are within a 30 minute drive. We hope to come back again in 2013!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We were comfortable staying in your rental in Phoenix. We attended two Chicago CUBS games, visited museums, strolled the art and wine event in Fountain Hills, and went sightseeing in Jerome and Sedona. It was always good to come "home" after a busy day. Especially enjoyed the beautiful court yard with lush vegetation and well maintained pool. Thanks for a great week!

  Hi Pat and Bob, I just wanted to let you know that we received our refund check today. I also wanted to say thank you for having such a wonderful place to stay. A special thank you for allowing us to check out late on our last day so my husband could get one more round of golf in.   We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had every appliance needed to cook. Location was great and easy to get around from the condo. Refund check was sent promptly. Great communication with owners. Will stay again. Thanks for a very positive experience in renting.

  Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. What a great holiday. Condo was very well appointed with everything you could need. Loved the pool. Loved the location. Never rented a car and we didn't need to.   Hi! We received the check for the security deposit today. We wanted to leave a comment on the VRBO guestbook but couldn't get it to work. At any rate, Galen & I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo last month. This was our first experience renting a condo after years of staying at hotels. We loved it! The condo was pretty and well-equipped. The location was great- away from all the traffic but near everything! We hope to stay with you on our next trip West! Best Wishes and Happy New Year!   We loved this place. Very well appointed with all the amenities & more. Great location; close to everything; walk to restaurants, shops or just ride the free trolley which was only a block or two away. Friendly, helpful neighbours. Great pool area. This won't be our last visit.

  This is the second year we've stayed at this condo but certainly not the last. The location is superb and the unit is wonderfully furnished. We met over half the other owners and tenants and a nicer group of people couldn't be found anywhere

  We had a great four days staying in this beautiful condo in old town Scottsdale, an area which -- by the way -- is clean, fun and safe! (And we also had nice neighbors in the condo complex.) All the cool restaurants and shops were only 2-6 blocks away... definitely within walking distance. The condo itself had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything you would need to feel completely at home. We are new believers in the "vacation rental by owner" scene, and feel that it is a MUCH better value than hotels. Our stay in Scottsdale was completely positive -- thanks to the condo owners and the Barrett-Jackson Auction!
