This second floor condominium is directly on the beach at the corner of S. Ocean Blvd and 17th Ave. This portion of Crescent Beach was renourished the fall of '08 with beautiful clean sand and is a spectacular sight from both the master bedroom and the family room. The oversized balcony is 27' long and overlooks the relaxing 200' lazy river.

CRESCENT SHORES HAS THE LARGEST 2 BEDROOM/ 2 BATHROOM UNITS WITH THE LARGEST BALCONIES OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN IN ALL OF NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!

High-speed Internet, three cable TVs, large dining area, beautifully decorated with upgraded furniture throughout. Outside the front door, there is a storage closet with a drying rack for wet towels.

This condominium is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury. The concrete-and-steel construction make this building much quieter than most. The large rooms, huge balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room will ensure your comfort, and maximize your beach experience. An extra-large table and six chairs on the balcony allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean, pools, and lazy river. Being on the second floor you have easy access to all of the Crescent Shore amenities.

The upscale kitchen has solid granite countertops, and all wood cabinets. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, and dining room with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. In addition, there is a king-size washer and dryer in the unit. The mirrored living room has a 32-inch TV with a DVD and VCR. Each bedroom has a television with either a DVD or a VCR player.

Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two oversized hot tubs. The indoor pool is heated during the off season.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an upgraded posturepedic mattress for your comfort and large walk-in closet. The spacious adjacent bathroom has an over-sized shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, both have upgraded posturepedic mattresses. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests for a total of eight sleeping comfortably!

WEEKLY - Saturday to Saturday. No nightly rentals. Please take a moment to read the guest book, it will give you a very true idea of how much our guests have enjoyed their stay.   • We loved, loved, loved staying at your beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. We felt as if we were at a 5-star resort. It is so convenient to everything, shopping, dining, shows, putt-putts. We will definitely stay here next year and from now on if possible.

  • I am very impressed with the services and the condo's we rented from Gene and Carol Stevons(We rented both). I would highly recommand them to my friends and family. Both units are CLEAN and ROOMY. We arrived early because of our flight schedule and where accomidated by the front office beautifully (specially there we had a large group). Also the recommandations from Gene and Carol regarding the golfing where appreciated. Gene and Carol thanks again for the oppertunity to stay at your condo's and we hope to be able to repeat this again next year. mark and wilma Sterk

  • Do not hesitate on this one! The pictures of this condo on VRBO only begin to show its beauty. The condo is spotless, rooms are very large and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly think of including a pantry. The Stevons' have done a fabulous job of decorating and maintaining this condo. Loved being on the 2nd floor -- took the steps every day up and down for a bit of exercise. Will definitely stay here again.

Also a major plus, this is a very large 2 bedroom condo. The owners were great to work with! We do plan on returning to this unit, or perhaps their 3 bedroom condo also in Crescent Shores.

  • May 17-24,2008 We enjoyed the Stevons' condo very much. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We could not believe the space it had and the amenities were great. We enjoyed waking up in the king size bed with a fantastic view of the ocean. The large balcony was great also. We were impressed with the storage unit that contained beach chairs which the Stevons also provided. It was like our home away from home. We are looking forward to our next visit. It will be at 204N Crescent Shores for sure. The condo was so nice, we took photos of every room so we could view them later. Thanks Carol and Gene, it was a wonderful vacation. The view from the second floor of the ocean and beach was exceptional. The grounds and pool area were also well maintained. The Stevons were very accommodating in making our stay enjoyable.   • Thank you Gene and Carol for a great 2 weeks in your beautiful condo. The sunrises were spectacular seen from the living and master suite. The condo is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking the lap pool, hot tub and especially the beach. The condo is tastefully decorated with all the conveniences, professionally maintained and very clean. We enjoyed meeting the Stevons who were very hospitable and accommodating We look forward to a return visit. Al,Bonnie

  • The condo was exactly as advertised but--BETTER. It was very clean and did not have that ocean, wet damp smell to it. We loved the decor. It was conveniently located on the second floor overlooking lazy river and hot tub. Would love to use it again sometime.
