This second floor condominium is directly on the beach at the corner of S. Ocean Blvd and 17th Ave. This portion of Crescent Beach was renourished the fall of '08 with beautiful clean sand and is a spectacular sight from both the master bedroom and the family room. The oversized balcony is 27' long and overlooks the relaxing 200' lazy river.
CRESCENT SHORES HAS THE LARGEST 2 BEDROOM/ 2 BATHROOM UNITS WITH THE LARGEST BALCONIES OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN IN ALL OF NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!
Wireless and high-speed Internet, three cable TVs, large dining area, beautifully decorated with upgraded furniture throughout. Outside the front door, there is a storage closet for beach chairs which we provide and a drying rack for wet towels.
This condominium is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury. The concrete-and-steel construction make this building much quieter than most. The large rooms, huge balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room will ensure your comfort, and maximize your beach experience. An extra-large table and six chairs on the balcony allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean, pools, and lazy river. Being on the second floor you have easy access to all of the Crescent Shore amenities.
The upscale kitchen has solid granite countertops, and all wood cabinets. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, and dining room with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. In addition, there is a king-size washer and dryer in the unit. The mirrored living room has a 32-inch TV with a DVD and VCR. Each bedroom has a television with either a DVD or a VCR player.
Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two oversized hot tubs. The indoor pool is located in our building and is heated during the off season. The fitness center is also in our building for your easy access.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an upgraded posturepedic mattress for your comfort and large walk-in closet. The spacious adjacent bathroom has an over-sized shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, both have upgraded posturepedic mattresses. Both have blackout drapes so you can sleep in. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests for a total of eight sleeping comfortably!
WEEKLY - Saturday to Saturday. No nightly rentals. Please take a moment to read the guest book, it will give you a very true idea of how much our guests have enjoyed their stay. This condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated. Amazing balcony view with comfy outdoor wicker furniture, we had our meals out there throughout the week's stay. There is plenty of dishes, cookware etc. and many nice wine glasses. The beds our very comfortable as well. Crescent Shores pools, lazy river and hot tubs are well maintained. Everything about our stay was perfect and we have already started the process for booking again next year. thank you very much to the Stevons for a great vacation.

We could not have been more pleased. Each unit was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained! The facilities were very enjoyable, my daughter loved the pools and lazy river! We can't wait to go back!

Really enjoyed this condo right on the beach, owned by Gene and Carol. They checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We had a cold rainy week over spring break and were so happy to have a great place to spend time. They also promptly returned the security deposit after our stay. We will definitely rent from them again every time we return to Myrtle Beach!

This condo (204) was exactly what we were looking for, lots of room and very well decorated. The balconey has a great view of the ocean and the lazy river. also being on the 2nd flr. gave us fast access to the pool and parking. Many thanks to the stevons for all there help and info. Hope to come back soon.

We loved, loved, loved staying at your beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. We felt as if we were at a 5-star resort. It is so convenient to everything, shopping, dining, shows, putt-putts. We will definitely stay here next year and from now on if possible.

I am very impressed with the services and the condo's we rented from Gene and Carol Stevons(We rented both). I would highly recommand them to my friends and family. Both units are CLEAN and ROOMY. We arrived early because of our flight schedule and where accomidated by the front office beautifully (specially there we had a large group). Also the recommandations from Gene and Carol regarding the golfing where appreciated. Do not hesitate on this one! The pictures of this condo on VRBO only begin to show its beauty. The condo is spotless, rooms are very large and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly think of including a pantry. The Stevons' have done a fabulous job of decorating and maintaining this condo. Loved being on the 2nd floor -- took the steps every day up and down for a bit of exercise. Will definitely stay here again.

Comment Text: Aug 16th - Aug 23rd, 2008 We have stayed in many condos in the Myrtle Beach area, and this was absolutely the best! Extremely well maintained and decorated. Also a major plus, this is a very large 2 bedroom condo. The owners were great to work with! We do plan on returning to this unit, or perhaps their 3 bedroom condo also in Crescent Shores.

We have stayed at both of the Stevons condos.The two bedroom unit is spacious,well layed out and as usual very clean with all the amenities you could want.The Stevons go out of their way to make you feel welcome.They are excellent ambassadors for Myrtle Beach and try to answer all of your questions.It is without doubt the best place we have stayed at.
