This condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated. Amazing balcony view with comfy outdoor wicker furniture, we had our meals out there throughout the week's stay. There is plenty of dishes, cookware etc. and many nice wine glasses. The beds our very comfortable as well. Crescent Shores pools, lazy river and hot tubs are well maintained. Everything about our stay was perfect and we have already started the process for booking again next year. thank you very much to the Stevons for a great vacation.

We could not have been more pleased. Each unit was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained! The facilities were very enjoyable, my daughter loved the pools and lazy river! We can't wait to go back!

Really enjoyed this condo right on the beach, owned by Gene and Carol. They checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We had a cold rainy week over spring break and were so happy to have a great place to spend time. They also promptly returned the security deposit after our stay. We will definitely rent from them again every time we return to Myrtle Beach!

This condo (204) was exactly what we were looking for, lots of room and very well decorated. The balconey has a great view of the ocean and the lazy river. also being on the 2nd flr. gave us fast access to the pool and parking. Many thanks to the stevons for all there help and info. We loved, loved, loved staying at your beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. We felt as if we were at a 5-star resort. It is so convenient to everything, shopping, dining, shows, putt-putts. We will definitely stay here next year and from now on if possible.

I am very impressed with the services and the condo's we rented from Gene and Carol Stevons(We rented both). I would highly recommand them to my friends and family. Both units are CLEAN and ROOMY. We arrived early because of our flight schedule and where accomidated by the front office beautifully (specially there we had a large group). Also the recommandations from Gene and Carol regarding the golfing where appreciated. Do not hesitate on this one! The pictures of this condo on VRBO only begin to show its beauty. The condo is spotless, rooms are very large and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly think of including a pantry. The Stevons' have done a fabulous job of decorating and maintaining this condo. Loved being on the 2nd floor -- took the steps every day up and down for a bit of exercise. Will definitely stay here again.

Comment Text: Aug 16th - Aug 23rd, 2008 We have stayed in many condos in the Myrtle Beach area, and this was absolutely the best! Extremely well maintained and decorated. Also a major plus, this is a very large 2 bedroom condo. The owners were great to work with! We do plan on returning to this unit, or perhaps their 3 bedroom condo also in Crescent Shores.

We have stayed at both of the Stevons condos.The two bedroom unit is spacious,well layed out and as usual very clean with all the amenities you could want.The Stevons go out of their way to make you feel welcome.They are excellent ambassadors for Myrtle Beach and try to answer all of your questions.It is without doubt the best place we have stayed at.

May 17-24,2008 We enjoyed the Stevons' condo very much. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We could not believe the space it had and the amenities were great. We enjoyed waking up in the king size bed with a fantastic view of the ocean. The large balcony was great also. We were impressed with the storage unit that contained beach chairs which the Stevons also provided. It was like our home away from home. We are looking forward to our next visit. It will be at 204N Crescent Shores for sure. The condo was so nice, we took photos of every room so we could view them later. Thanks Carol and Gene, it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks to the Stevons for a wonderful vacation spot. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Thank you Gene and Carol for a great 2 weeks in your beautiful condo. The sunrises were spectacular seen from the living and master suite. The condo is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking the lap pool, hot tub and especially the beach. The condo was exactly as advertised but--BETTER. It was very clean and did not have that ocean, wet damp smell to it. We loved the decor. It was conveniently located on the second floor overlooking lazy river and hot tub. Would love to use it again sometime.

05/13/06, This condo has everything and more. The decor, wonderful views, even when "inside", you can see the ocean waves and moon glistening on the water at night. Attention to detail throughout, oversized master bath amazing, balcony beautiful. Thanks for sharing this pearl on the beach.

Thank you Stevon's for a wonderful condo to call home for a week. Everything was as depicted on the web. I don't think we could have had better accomodations. The location was perfect for us. It allowed us to be as busy or lazy as we wanted. We were able to enjoy a couple day trips and also hang out on the beach. We have stayed at Brunswick Plantation every summer for the last 7 years. We also come down at least 1 week in the early winter. We enjoy staying on the ocean in the winter. We had not had very good luck until now. The Stevons condo was just like we were at homne. It more thatn met our expections. Is is warm, homey and very comfortable. Not to mention extremely clean! Our family had such a wonderful time at Stevenson's condo. The location in North Myrtle Beach is perfect. There is certainly plenty to see and do at this end of town. The condo had everything a family could ever want and the decor is beautiful; very clean. We especially enjoyed our view from the balcony and the kids loved the lazy river! Being on the second floor was such a bonus. We had a perfect view of the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants all the comforts of home and more! Absolutely fabulous!

What a lovely and well furnished condo! The owners have done an outstanding job of making their unit the best - beautiful but practical furnishings, well stocked kitchen and great-sleeping beds - just what you want for a luxury vacation experience, but not always found at the beach. We especially liked the 2nd floor location with great views. The outdoor table for meals was a special treat...something not found in most high-rise condos. The personal touches they have added make for a wonderful condo that anyone will enjoy. Thanks for a lovely vacation...

Having stayed at the Stevon"s beautiful condo I feel I need to let people know what a wonderful time we had. The condo was just as advertised, clean , new and like staying in our own home. This was our 6th year enjoying North Myrtle Beach and Crescent Shores 204N was one of the nicest condos that we've stayed in! It is tastefully decorated, has an extremely well stocked kitchen, and is VERY clean! We enjoyed the spacious, well furnished balcony and it's beautiful view each day. The quality beds provided us w/a restful night's sleep and the furnishings were both beautiful and comfortable. Hats off to The Stevons, their condo is beautiful!
