UNIT DESCRIPTION
This unusually large, one-bedroom condo is located in prestigious River Run Village and sleeps up to four people. It’s a perfect spot for a small family vacation or a romantic getaway. The unit is on the top floor and offers 860 square feet plus vaulted ceilings compared to the standard 500 square foot, one-bedroom layout. We have a King bed in the master suite and a new queen sofa bed in the living room.
A 150-yard walk through the quaint Village brings you to the new Keystone Gondola for easy access to skiing or mountain biking. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses right there in the village for you to enjoy. Ask us about discounts on equipment rentals and lift tickets available to our guests.
As our guest at Silver Mill you can enjoy the use of three hot tubs, sauna, and pool table as well as access to the heated pool and more hot tubs in the Arapaho Court Yard.
Free bus service is available to all resorts in the area including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, as well as the towns of Frisco and Dillon.

My girlfriends and I had an absolute blast! Loved the condo...very central to everything...walk out past the hot tubs to restaurants, bars, shops, and of course, Keystone. The heated underground parking was a real bonus, when we did venture out (no need to warm up the car and scrape off snow and ice) The place has it all! Many late nights spent playing pool in the common area that sports a small fridge - just perfect for our beer. We stayed a week: went boarding, snowmobiling, and to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a memorable experience...I think we are going to try and do this every year...BIG discounts for return visitors, right? Thanks again!

I have stayed at this unit several times and each time I am so impressed! You will not find a larger one bedroom unit in River Run (and the vaulted ceilings make it seem even more spacious). The unit is located on the 5th floor, so it it very quiet. Derek (the owner) and the guys from Book By Owner, really do respond to your every need in a very timely and professional manner. They are great! I would recommend this unit to anyone and it is definately the first unit I look for when planning my ski trips!

Great location and very comfortable. The condo was larger than I expected. A nice corner unit in the heart of River Run and a short distance to the Gondola. We were also close to biking trails. Easy check-in and well-maintained. Can't wait to get back!

Condo was great. The dishwasher needs attention as it didn't clean some dishes but cleaned others? Otherwise great stay!

I spent a week at this condo in February this year and could not have been happier with its central ski area location (right at Keystone but close to numerous others), amenities, proximity to great restaurants and shops, coziness (and spaciousness), and in-building offerings (rec room, hot tub, lockers, etc I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place, very roomy, super hot tubs, all necessary ammenities for a night or a week. Just a short stroll to taverns, grocery store, ski rentals, and especially the gondola and high speed quad. Clean, neat, like new. This is one of the nicest condos in River Run and I have stayed in quite a few looking for this type of accomodation. Will certainly be back if available.

The location is fantastic and it is very quiet. The high ceilings are really nice and the size is perfect for a family of four. The games are great for the kids also. Once again thanks and we will call you again this winter to stay again. GREAT PLACE! You are going to love it here. Oh yeah NIGHT SKIING. That's where it's at. Enjoy!
