My wife and I took our daughter and her family to this lovely home and had a wonderful experience. The process for getting into the home was the easiest of any place I've rented in the past. We found everything to be exactly as described on the website. The surroundings are beautiful and I was even surprised to find that we could in fact walk directly to main street and the shops within minutes. The home met our needs, as it was spacious and comfortable. The ability for the kids to play XBox and for us to enjoy a big screen TV added to our experience. We took advantage of the hot tub and gas grill on the deck. A great place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away and enjoy nature at its finest!

My family stayed there for three nights in September and what a great place. Three bedrooms with baths, secluded somewhat for the deck and hot tub but yet five minutes to Main Street. Easy to make the reservations and home inside is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away, rest and relax but still enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer! Leaves were changing and aspens were glowing!

The house was exactly as described. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to cook up and serve yummy breakfasts. Enjoyed the hot tub and deck. The owners were a joy to work with, very accomodating and friendly. The location was perfect, a five minute walk to downtown shoping and dining, hiking/biking trails behind the ice arena were a minute away, and the outlet mall was a short 15 minute drive down the road. We look forward to staying here again.

Hello! I stayed here with my family (all adults) this last week of August 2011. The property was fabulous. It was exactly what we were looking for. The walk into town is an easy 5 minutes as advertised. The property itself is well-maintained and very clean. The kitchen is excellent. We had breakfast at the house every day and alternated between staying in and going out to eat at night. We called the owner with a question about that cable and he returned our call within minutes. I would recommend the property for families with kids and up to two couples. The downstairs den and bedroom have plenty of privacy from the rest of the house. We hope to come back soon!

This house is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the historic district with numerous restaurants, shops, etc. The home is very nicely furnished and well-appointed, with attention to details that are important to us such as quality cookware and bed linens. Mark was readily available for any questions and returned our calls promptly. The deck and hot tub offer amaing views of the mountains, and lots of sun. My family and I spent over 2 weeks here in June, and definitely plan to return next summer.

We spent a week in this terrific house in March. It was very convenient to walk to town for shopping and dinner, to walk to the lift at Peak 9, and along the way, an easy stop to rent equipment. The house was spotless, the beds confortable, and the kitchen very well supplied and equiped. The hot tub on the deck was awesome after a long day of skiing. The Owner was very helpful and easy to work with, and even helped ship some lost luggage after we left. The sleds in the garage and his advice led to a terrific sledding hill and and extra element of fun! All in all, a great place and I can't wait to go back again.

This home is the best place to stay in Breckenridge. I can't say enough good things about the place. I was able to keep my 4 door 1/2 ton truck in the garage with ease, and all the amenities made things very relaxing. We have stayed at four other places in Breckenridge, and this is the all around best place to stay. We are planning to stay here again. Thanks for letting us use your home!

We LOVED the location of this home. it is such a nice, short walk from the home to town, but it is on a quiet street so that my kids could play outside the house and walk around. The house has everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. The views are great. The deck and hot tub was a great feature. The kitchen was updated very nicely and had everything to make great meals. Loved the speakers around the house so that music could be heard wherever we were sitting. Just a lovely, lovely, house in a fabulous location,

We vacation at this wonderful home yearly; winter and summer. Heather is a pleasure to work with and always delivers a very clean house. Proximity to shops, restaurants and skiing is in my opinion as good as it gets and the house charming and comfortable. Given its pristine condition I would imagine that most renters are repeat visitors, like us. Highly recommend this property!

The house was everything and more then we expected. The Kitchen, bedrooms and bath are clean and nicely equipped with newer linens, towells and kitchen tools. The shuttle and downtown are a few minute walk. I would rent this place again for a Summer trip or a return ski trip. Doing bussines with Heather was simple and truthful. Thanks
