The Dillon town center is just one block away with restaurants, movies, bowling, and the Lake Dillon Amphitheater for the summer music scene.
During the winter you are minutes away from great ski resorts; Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.. In the summer, our location puts you just steps from the Dillon Yacht Club and Marina for sailing, boating, and fishing. There is also cycling, hiking, whitewater rafting, golf, and world class shopping at the Factory Outlet Stores in this beautiful mountain setting.
The newly furnished Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and separate bath. The Bunkroom has two bunkbeds TV, DVD, and attached private bathroom; perfect for the kids during your stay.
The living room is open and spacious with vaulted ceilings, corner fireplace, sofa sleeper, and a recliner for those aching ski muscles. The dining room seats eight people comfortably for a gourmet meal from the well equipped kitchen with extra seating for up to ten people. The kitchen counters have been upgraded to granite that open up to a great breakfast bar.

I am a 30 year Colorado resident who loves to climb, bike and ski in Summit County. I have two daughters who love to do the same and a wife who is also very active. We have family reunions in our condo becasue there is so much room for two families to enjoy.

We chose Dillon because of the great access to both summer and winter activities. It is only one hour from Denver and has access to all mountain activities within minutes. Families, couples or singles can find many interesting things to do.
