We are so excited to invite you to come to Paradise and stay at our newly renovated two bedroom villa. We've just added beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bar areas. We've also installed wide-planked laminate flooring in the dining and living areas. We think this will add to your enjoyment and make your time in Hilton Head just THAT MUCH BETTER. After all, how much better can it get if you have a low country setting with lots of new amenities and upgrades!
Crown Reef is located on the beautiful plantation of Port Royal and is surrounded by tennis courts, golf courses (three), swimming pools (two plus hot tubs) and a five-minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to the beach. A lovely beach park complete with children’s playground and picnic area is also only a few minutes away.
Our second floor end unit villa is one of the more spacious as well as quiet villas in Crown Reef. The open floor plan allows for easy vacation living. Two bedrooms, decorated in sunny, beach-like colors, are complete with large baths and whirlpool tubs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV and tray ceiling with fan. The spacious bath has lots of vanity space with two sinks set in cultured marble and is completed with an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, ceiling fan and large bath also outfitted with large jetted tub. This bedroom has a separate balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery, especially the three alligators that live in the lagoon across the street.
The free-flowing living area has a dining room which seats six. The family room has a cozy, comfortable sofa (which opens out to a queen sleeper sofa), two swivel chairs and a love seat; all perfect for hosting guests or watching the large TV complete with premium channels plus VCR, DVD and CD player. The villa also has a large kitchen with breakfast bar (which seats four) and wet bar. Enjoy the view of the tennis courts and the low country setting from our screened porch with ceiling fan. An additional deck complete with patio table and chairs allows for sitting outside to sip coffee, read a good book or simply relax before playing another round of golf or set of tennis.
We know that you can’t always totally forget your lives back home so we’ve installed a high speed internet service for you to check your email, surf the web or communicate with your office.
Our villa offers our guests a free hour of tennis each day at Port Royal Racquet Club. One of the best racquet clubs on the island, Port Royal has ten clay courts, four hard courts and two grass courts along with excellent teaching professionals and a top notch club house. |
