We are so excited to invite you to come to Paradise and stay at our sunlit, warm two bedroom villa. We've added beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bar areas. We've also installed wide-planked laminate flooring in the dining and living areas.The family room is updated to include a 42" flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms have new looks and flat-screen tvs. We think this will add to your enjoyment and make your time in Hilton Head just THAT MUCH BETTER. After all, how much better can it get if you have a low country setting with lots of new amenities and upgrades!
Crown Reef is located on the beautiful plantation of Port Royal and is surrounded by tennis courts, golf courses (three), swimming pools (two) and a five-minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to the beach. A lovely beach park complete with children’s playground and picnic area is also only a few minutes away.
Our second floor end unit villa is one of the more spacious as well as quiet villas in Crown Reef. The open floor plan allows for easy vacation living. Two bedrooms, decorated in sunny, beach-like colors, are complete with large baths and whirlpool tubs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and tray ceiling with fan. The spacious bath has lots of vanity space with two sinks set in cultured marble and is completed with an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and large bath also outfitted with large jetted tub. This bedroom has a separate balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery, especially the three alligators that live in the lagoon across the street.
The free-flowing living area has a dining room which seats six. The family room has a cozy, comfortable sofa (which opens out to a queen sleeper sofa), two swivel chairs and a love seat; all perfect for hosting guests or watching the large TV complete with premium channels plus VCR, DVD and CD player. The villa also has a large kitchen with breakfast bar (which seats four) and wet bar. Enjoy the view of the tennis courts and the low country setting from our screened porch with ceiling fan. An additional deck complete with patio table and chairs allows for sitting outside to sip coffee, read a good book or simply relax before playing another round of golf or set of tennis.
We know that you can’t always totally forget your lives back home so we’ve installed a high speed internet service for you to check your email, surf the web or communicate with your office.
Our villa offers our guests a free hour of tennis each day at Port Royal Racquet Club. One of the best racquet clubs on the island, Port Royal has ten clay courts, four hard courts and two grass courts along with excellent teaching professionals and a top notch club house.

This was the first time we spent Thanksgiving in Hilton Head Island and our stay was wonderful. The pictures on VRBO do not do justice to how nice a unit this really is. We found the villa to be very well equipped with every thing we could possibly use during our stay and the location was excellent as it was convenient to the golf courses we wanted to play and the restaurants we wanted to dine at. We will most certainly give this villa strong consideration on our next visit to "Paradise".

Your condo was perfect in every way! I loved the screened-in porch every morning, coffee in the treetops. I played a lot of tennis in former years, so I enjoyed watching men and women's match's each morning from my "perch"! There was every amenity you could ask for, flat screen TV's in every room. As we near the end of our most recent trip to Hilton Head, we are once again sad to leave paradise. We have now been to the island 5 times and have stayed in this condo for our last 4 trips. It is an awesome location and the condo is well maintained, clean, and feels like our "home away from home". Judy has always been helpful in every way and we no longer call her the owner, but a friend. We look forward to our summer trip in July back to paradise (both Hilton Head and our condo home on the island).

Have stayed at several villas in Crown Reef and this is the best. Clean, comfortable, attractively furnished, updated amenities and well located next to the tennis club, between two pools and a two-minute drive to the golf course. A short walk to the beach and the Westin which offers a fitness room and more amenities. Enjoy drinks on the front and rear balconies. Owner has thoughtfully provided beach chairs and a cart for carrying them as well as recommendations for eating and sightseeing. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed in this lovely condo for 1 week in July and will definetly go back again. The place was clean,spacious and beautifully decorated. A short block to the beach and Westin. The shaded screened in porch was perfect for cooling off after a run each day. The owner was especially nice and prompt to deal with. Extras included: beach chairs, floats, coffee, tea and plenty of linens and paper products. The whole experience was luxurious!

We (4 adults) stayed at this villa from 4/26/08 to 5/3/08. It was fabulous, the villa was nicely furnished, very comfortable and was centrally located to all amenities. We managed to play a few rounds of golf at Port Royal - you can't beat the $50 green fees, with cart after 2pm - great deal. We also rented bicycles (cost about $50 for the week, a great way to see all of Port Royal? It's about 15 minute drive to the outlet malls and same distance to get to Harbourtown for lunch at the Quarterdeck! We also spent a day in Savannah (1 hour away - highly recommend) and in Charleston (2 hours). If you are considering a villa rental in HHI, you can't go wrong with this one. It really is a tremendous value for the money.

The owner told me in conversation before we came to visit this property, that this was paradise. She was only being modest. The villa at 102 Crown Reef was all we were expecting and so much more. It met all of our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and well maintained. The location is great. The owner was wonderful to deal with and we feel we have made a new friend. We hope to return to this lovely villa every year.

Just spent a week at this condo. Everything was top notch - clean, neat, fabulously decorated, fully stocked with all the right kitchen tools and gadgets one could possibly need. Screened in deck overlooking tennis courts, but secluded enough that the players on the courts did not disturb you. A balcony off the second bed room was also nice. Just a couple minutes from the Westin Hotel and beach. All amenities offered by the Westin were available to us,which needless to say were many. Location was good, and tucked away amidst lots of trees. Close to golfing, shopping, restaurants, etc. And, the owners of this villa are quite concerned with your comfort. Nice follow up. They even offered suggestions for places to dine and things to do. We took them up on three of their restaurant recommendations and were very satisfied. Would I recommend this villa to a friend or family member? You bet I would. I would also return in a heart beat. Everything was so nice and comfy I felt right at home.
