Comfortable and Cozy two story House located on a quiet street in the County. Three bedrooms with two full baths, playroom, living room, full kitchen, two-car garage with additional parking in driveway. Play on full-size pool table and ping-pong table.
It is three miles to shops, 11 miles to Casinos, 10 miles to Heavenly,8 miles to Sierra Ski Ranch (on Highway 50) and 24 miles to Kirkwood.
Restaurants are three miles away and then all the way to the Casinos.
Discounts given for mid-week rental during winter ski season. Rent for 6 days the 7th day is free! Please call or contact owner for details.
BILLING POLICY:
Payment can be made either by personal check or U.S. Postal Money Order. A deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of returning signed agreement to Alamo, Ca.
Balance of rental due including security deposit and cleaning fee is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If paid, keys will be mailed to the address specified by renter.
Keys are to be returned to Alamo, Ca. within 7 days of the day of departure. Please inform us if you need more than one set of keys.
The Security Deposit, minus charges for damages, if any, will be returned after keys are received at Alamo, Ca.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Four or more weeks prior to arrival the deposit will be returned less $50.00.
Two to Four weeks prior to arrival date, 50% of deposit returned if vacancy if filled.
Within two weeks of arrival date the payment and depositis returned less 20%if the vacancy is filled. 50% is returned if vacancy cannot be filled. If keys are not returned to the Alamo, Ca. address, a charge of $6.00 a set will be made.

- Across the street from this property is a lot that is owned by the U.S. Forest service. The lot backs up to the national forest. It's a perfect hill for children to sled on. It's about 100 feet across the street. In Christmas Valley it snows almost 2 to 1 as it does in town. This area always has snow!!!
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
20% discount offered from April 15 - November 15
$140/night (weekdays) (Sunday-Thursday).
$160/night (weekends) (Friday & Saturday).
$200 Security Deposit/$100 Cleaning Fee/2 night minimum.
** A 3% credit card fee will be added to the rental
Holiday Rates: $185/night (MLK ,Pres. Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) 3 night minimum.
$240/night for Christmas & New Years week, 5 night minimum.

We have rented this cabin in February'06 with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. Great place stay, specially if you prefer quiet surroundings and ideal location for those who like to ski at different resorts. And where do you find such personal touch, the owner called us at the cabin Friday night to check if everything was OK and to wish a pleasnt stay.

What a great weekend!! The cabin was completely furnished with anything we needed for the stay! We had a total of 5 adults and 3 small kids and had enough breathing room to not drive eachother crazy. It was so convienent with the snow hill right across the street. The kids had a blast and we didnt have to drive or deal with crowds. It was also a perfect distance from the casinos. Thanx again, we felt like we were staying at a friends home! The Carstens and The Shontz's

We have statyed here twice, once right after 9/11 and found the peace and quiet exactly what we needed, and once in March '05 when it snowed like a banshee and it was like being in a winter wonderland. The facility is great, the owners are accomocating and easy to deal with and overall it is a great time. My wife and I recommend it highly. Enjoy!
