Located just south of Cuba, Little Cayman is one of the London Sunday Times’ 2013 Ultimate Caribbean destinations. Conch Club #8 is located directly on the beach and offers unobstructed views of the reef-protected South Hole Sound and beyond that the Caribbean Sea. The Club offers two good sized pools and a hot tub just moments from the unit.
Inside on the main level you will find a fully furnished kitchen; dining area with seating for 6, half-bath, laundry unit, a comfortable living area with sliding glass doors opening up to a covered, fully furnished patio and with the Caribbean sea beyond. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a premium king bed, en-suite bath and access to the furnished balcony with views of South Hole Sound and Owen Island. The guest bedroom offers two premium queen beds; an en-suite bath and views of Booby Pond – a regionally important bird sanctuary offering countless opportunities for bird watchers.
There is free high-speed internet, local telephone, Satellite TV, a BlueRay/DVD and an entertainment centre in the living area. We have an eclectic book collection.
A fully-stocked grocery store a short bike ride away. Charcoal BBQ grills are on site and nearby Hungry Iguana Restaurant in Blossom Village, or the Little Cayman Beach Club or the Southern Cross Club, both adjacent, offer a range of dining possibilities.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor. The room opens out onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the beach below and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The premium King-sized bed was new in 2013. The room features two occasional seats and ample closet space. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower.

Why South Hole Sound: We stayed in the next door unit in 2009 and decided to buy a unit if the opportunity arose. We bought #8 in March 2013 and have since replaced all the beds; the sofas; linens etc and all the appliances. This is our home and we intend to
maintain it accordingly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Little Cayman is probably the least developed island in the Caribbean! It is ideal for families while also being a mecca for divers and fishermen. This is a quiet destination. If you want bright lights; clubs and set piece entertainment then Little Cayman is not for you.
