Property description

This superbly located 2nd and 3rd floor family flat was just renovated in April 2013. The top floor living room and kitchen is full of light with an amazing roof terrace and spectacular views of the Shard and St Paul's.
Although stylish, the emphasis is still very homely and child friendly (we live in the ground floor flat below most of the year).
The bedrooms are all located on the same floor. We have two large bedrooms both with double beds and one with an ensuite shower and WC.There is a third bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two.
On the next Mezzanine floor up there is a bathroom with tub and shower and WC.
On the top floor is the kitchen, living room and terrace.

The Grade II listed townhouse is set in a conservation area of Georgian London and whilst very quiet, the busy and vibrant neighborhoods of Islington and Clerkenwell are just five minutes away, offering theaters, cinemas, a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants. Exmouth Market is a very tranquil and friendly pedestrianized street with back to back bars and restaurants. Chapel Market is a traditional fruit and veg market near the Angel which operates every day. Lots of great places to eat and hang out like real Londoners! With Kings Cross tube also only a few minutes walk away this is the ideal hub for almost anywhere in London.
