Beautiful Comfortable Place, and Responsive Helpful Owner!
Beautiful Comfortable Place, and Responsive Helpful Owner!
My wife and I were visiting the area from NH, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. It is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean inside. The setting is also beautiful, surrounded by woods on three sides, and vast fields on the fourth side, with views of the mountains in the distance. I found myself walking out on the rear deck regularly, since the natural setting there, and the birds and flowers, were beautiful, as were the skies in this whole area of the country. The owner was very responsive and cooperative in our email exchanges.

Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: We bought this cabin as a vacation get away for family and friends. Since then we have had the opportunity to live here full time for a year! Now we are working in London, but visit as often as we can. Our family uses the cabins often, so the kitchens are well equipped and the beds are comfy. Jim does real estate consulting and management for Jones Lang LaSalle, and Ginger teaches workshops on Mail Art. We love to hike and kayak and cook dinners for the family. We have two grown children who live in San Francisco and Oakland.
Why the Owner Chose Driggs:
This area of Idaho, Wyoming and Montana is just gorgeous. There are so many beautiful areas to visit - mountains, waterfalls, rivers, fields of wildflowers, throughout the summer, great snow all winter - you will want to be outdoors every day. Late spring is the best time to see the animals with their new offspring, and October brings the spectacular golden 'quaking' leaves on the aspen trees.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Quiet, beautiful view of ranch and Big Hole Mountains, big deck in trees, grill, no neighbors.
