This beautiful, three bedroom house has every comfort and upscale amenity you want for a fabulous, unforgettable vacation! (All on one floor and no steps to climb!) Two master bedrooms, each with unbelievably comfortable king-size beds. One bedroom has a fabulous swedish foam mattress, and the other is a top line Simmons Beautyrest mattress! We own a furniture and mattress store on the island, and pay particular attention to ultimate comfort for the ultimate vacation! The third bedroom has two fabulous twin beds. And there IS also a Broyhill sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it!
Our home is professionally decorated and fully-equipped. It is less than .6 tenths of a mile from the beach, (easy, short walk!)Or, one mile up the road is the Sea Pines Beach Club, with bathroom facilities, parking, food, drink and live music! OR spend the afternoon by your completely private heated pool (extra charge to heat the pool), with tiki bar and putting green! Eating in? We have a gorgeous, modern kitchen, large dining room with a view of the pool, or eat out by the pool with the lush tropical setting!
Dining out? Hilton Head has everything from fast food to five star restaurants! There is much to do here or stay in and watch videos (we supply a large selection) on the large high definition flatscreen TV (cable with HBO AND DVR...which is just like TIVO!)
We provide all of the little extras that make your vacation a joy and hasslefree! (Like bikes, beach chairs, floats for the pool...even high speed wireless internet! if you MUST!)
We also put in a deep soaking jacuzzi tub in the second bathroom!
