Situated on a quiet street only a short walk to the private beach, you enter thru a large two car garage into the downstairs "bonus" room complete with living and dining areas, bar area with full size refrigerator and bartender's sink, 51" TV, and a large bathroom with shower. A futon sofa converts into a full size bed. Step out to the oversized pool to enjoy the privacy of the manicured grounds and two-story screen and decking which encircles the home, providing numerous separate sitting, lounging, and outdoor dining options for a total relaxation in paradise.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twins all with high quality mattresses & linens), two full baths, a large living and dining area, full indoor laundry room, gourmet-appointed kitchen, and a separate sitting area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide the feeling of sitting in the treetops of this lush, tropical paradise. This is not your typical "rental"; it's OUR vacation home therefore available only on a limited basis. We invite you to be our guest.
