THE TRANQUILITY HOUSE IS NEXT DOOR, ITS ALSO 5BR AND HAS A PRIVATE ELEVATOR, YOU CAN RENT BOTH FOR WEDDINGS, LARGE GROUPS, AND GATHERINGS.
Top Shelf features 2 living levels with over 3,400 square feet of space. Plenty of room for two or more families.
The first floor has a remarkable kitchen with exotic granites and huge living area complete with flat screen tv and fireplace. The dining area gives you perfect views of the private courtyard and pool. The laundry and a small bedroom with twin day bed and trundle are also on the first floor.
The second floor has 2 huge master bedrooms, both with king beds and full baths.
There are also 2 other bedrooms on this level, 1 br has 2 queen beds and the other has 2 sets of bunks.
The house is professionally decorated with beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings, televisions, and DVD players throughout. There is a double car garage available for your convenience. High speed internet with wireless access is available throughout the home.
The property is just across the street from the beach and close to Club Destiny. This home was extremely comfortable and the pictures reflect what the house really is...spacious and beautiful. The beach was at a walking distance and was extremely clean. Very family oriented. 16 of us stayed at this property and we all loved it. Enjoyed the clubhouse and the huge pool it offers. The only inconvenience I encountered is that the pool was in "cleaning" mode when we arrived and we couldn't operate the pool lights until someone came by the following day. I recommend the property for family reunions as it provides everything for an enjoyable vacation.

I stayed at Top Shelf and it was absolutely beautiful! More than I could of ever asked for. My husband and I got married in Destin and had our reception at Top Shelf. It was everything I ever imagined. Another plus is that the owner is very nice and easy to talk to. I loved Top Shelf and I hope to stay there again next year!!!! Thank you for a dream come true!!!

I would rate this property as one of the finest in all of Destin. This property is in a great location with the safety of a gated community and convenient to everything , beach included. The best thing about the property is it's owners , they go out of there way to make sure your stay is all it can be. I can't say enough good things about this place , I would highly recommend it !!!!!

Top Shelf was the PERFECT beach house for our family! The kitchen was spacious and was great for cooking meals. The living room was great for relaxing. Our kids, ages 2 and 4, LOVED the pool. Most days they were in before 10 a.m. and spent most of the day in it! (We brought toys and floaties with us, but the stock of toys in the patio room was great!) We liked having all of the bedrooms on one level, and the separate mother in law suite would be great for multiple families staying together. The location was wonderful, as well. We also loved the quiet, private neighborhood. We would definitely stay at Top Shelf again during our next Destin vacation

We just got back from our trip to the beach. We had come to Destin before, but had always stayed in a condo. NEVER AGAIN. Mitch Warren and the folks running Top Shelf are so kind and polite you cannot help but enjoy the place. The home is absolutely phenominal. The pool really is even better than advertised. We literally stayed at the home all week. Great place if you value convenience, privacy, and luxury. We had to call Mitch one night at 10:00(the night we arrived) to find something, he got us squared away and actually apologized to us, for it not being in plain site. The home and folks who own it are indeed, TOP SHELF!! if you have the chance to stay here, DO SO. We are already booked again for next year. This was the best vacation ever.

Mitch, We just returned from Top Shelf, this home is so very nice the pictures do not do it justice.We were fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks there. The pool and hot tub was our favorite thing. We actually rode the golf cart to The Crap Trap. I would highly recommend this resturant. The staff and views are fantastic. This home is close to so many things. Rusty came came by once to check on us we thought that was nice. Although upon our arrival and departure no one was there. But I assure you I left it in tip top shape. (ha,ha). Again thank you for a great vacation. I would also like to close with Lori and yourself are a true joy to work with. I just love southern hospitality.Thanx again, Joan and family.

Dear Mitch: I have been meaning to send you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your beautiful home in Destin. It was amazing and just perfect for our family. The babies are still a little small for the pool but we got in with them a couple of times. Unfortunately my Mom was just too weak to really enjoy the trip but I am still glad we went. Your property manager in Destin is awesome! She went out of her way to help me with several things including getting the Wi-Fi up and running. Again, it was so beautiful and we would love to visit again in the future. Debra
