  We brought 5 families down for Spring Break 2013 and rented both houses. It was the perfect set up for our families to be able to get together and have their own space. The houses are much nicer than the pictures and are in extremely great shape. Both houses are high end and have everything you would need for your stay. Having the heated pool was a lifesaver and the hot tub was a great bonus. The golf carts were great to use in the complex. Walking to the beach is very easy even with 5 year olds. We will definitely look at renting both houses the next time we come.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a fantastic time. We are extremely sad the week went by so fast. You have an awesome home. We loved the house, we have looked at it for 3 years before we finally rented it. Will definitely stay there in the future.

  My large family stayed in Top Shelf for Thanksgiving week. The pictures do not do it justice. The Pool is awesome - my grandkids "lived" in the pool the whole week. The owner had plenty of pool toys available for the kids to use. That was wonderful! The "great room" area is a good size for a large group. The dining room table along with a table by the pool provided plenty of room for eating. We have rented numerous homes over the past 10 years for our Thanksgiving reunions and I would say this one is at the top of our list. I would recommend Top Shelf for families. Thanks Mitch!

  We had a wonderful time this week!!! Weather was fabulous and the houses were both perfect for us! Thank you again for helping us get the 2 houses. Everyone was so impressed and said it was the best vacation we've had together! The tip on checking out the movie theater was a life saver on Thursday during the rain, otherwise, we would not have been able to get the kids out of the pool :) Darlyne

  My family which included my son, daughter-in-law and her parents, along with my three grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. Therre was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The bed in the master bedroom was great! I slept wonderfully all week. The master suite was a true getaway for my husband and I, the master bath shower was to die for! Loved it! The pool and the hot tub (heated!) was very large, it held adults and children and we all had water fights and fun swimming. It rained some while we were there but we made use of the theater room at the clubhouse. Don't skip this amenity, it was real theatre quality and the staff there was excellent to work with. Mitch was very prompt answering question before our arrival and Joe, his property manager, was a true professional! We didn't have many issues, but when I called Joe, he answered and he took care of my issues immediately, very impressive. The walk to the beach was not too difficult, a street legal golf cart would have made it ideal. I hate to mention it because the rates might go up (!) but with a few touches here and there and this home would be my absolute dream vacation home! The White\Hill Family from Kentucky

  This home was extremely comfortable and the pictures reflect what the house really is...spacious and beautiful. The beach was at a walking distance and was extremely clean. Very family oriented. 16 of us stayed at this property and we all loved it. Enjoyed the clubhouse and the huge pool it offers. The only inconvenience I encountered is that the pool was in "cleaning" mode when we arrived and we couldn't operate the pool lights until someone came by the following day. I recommend the property for family reunions as it provides everything for an enjoyable vacation.

  I stayed at Top Shelf and it was absolutely beautiful! More than I could of ever asked for. My husband and I got married in Destin and had our reception at Top Shelf. It was everything I ever imagined. Another plus is that the owner is very nice and easy to talk to. I loved Top Shelf and I hope to stay there again next year!!!! Thank you for a dream come true!!!
