The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom a double bed. The lounge has three double futon/couches.
The apartment features a double balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is located on the second floor in a security building. Plenty of on street parking. The apartment has two bedrooms and a large lounge, living room, dining room area. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep a couple or two people. Two full bathrooms provide an easy holiday lifestyle for couples or a family.
The apartment is walking distance to the famous Waterfront Shopping Complex which is complete with shops, restaurants, cinemas, and theaters. In addition, the apartment is walking distance from dramatic Clifton and its beautiful beaches as well as Camps Bay beach and restaurant district. Casinos and the Greenpoint nightlife area are located minutes away.
A beautiful saltwater Olympic swimming pool is located five minutes away on the beachfront. The wine farm area and historic Stellenbosch are located approximately one hour away by car.
