Off Season Nov. 1 - April 30...$ 165/night (2 night minimum)...$1000/week
Full refund of Deposit, if canceled 30 days prior to arrival $ 65 Cleaning Fee
If less than 30 days there is a $ 50 retaining fee of the Deposit
$ 350 Booking & Security Deposit which is refunded approx. 14-21 days after depart
Once we receive the deposit we book your dates & issue a confirmation packet
