Welcome to our "Vacation Get-Away." Enjoy your vacation in one of our three properties at SouthBay By the Gulf. We have taken the extra time to make our vacation homes complete with everything you will need for a "SUPER Family Vacation."
Our home is your home. One of the first things you want to know is "How far to the beach?" The condominium is less than 50 steps to the beach. One of the two pools is located almost out the front door. The fresh water lake is about a minute walk from the condominium and you can feed the ducks and turtles from the pier.
We have supplied fishing poles and tennis racquets if you want to try your luck. Also, one of our complex's best features is that is is a private own community. Parking at the front door is a luxury you will continue to enjoy.
The smoke-free condominium is comfortable and cozy with soothing colors and designed for beach fun. The downstairs area has the living room (pull-out sofa and love seat), dining room, kitchen (complete with all major appliances), washer and dryer and half bath. Walk out on the patio and grill your dinner or walk to the beach.
The upstairs has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are complete with cable TVs and DVD and VCR players.
All linens and bath towels are included. You will need to bring beach towels and lots of sun block.
SouthBay is located in the Heart of Destin. You are in between the Okaloosa Bridge and the Mid-Bay Bridge. Shopping, golf, sailing, boating jet skis are all within five minutes to you and of course the gourmet restaurants of Destin are a must. Many of the restaurants offer beachfront dining.
