$95 cleaning + $300 Security Deposit + 8% Tax.
To keep Cleaning Fees down, we ask that you do all the laundry.

30 day cancellation policy except high season(May 20-Oct 15 is 60 day cancellation
If you must cancel we will attempt to re-rent and what ever days we get re-rented
