The Master bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen all have direct access to the heated pool and lanai. The Master bedroom offers a private bath and king-size bed. One guest bedroom has a King and the other guest bedroom has a futon pyramid bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). An extra twin bed is also available. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a comfortable eating area and all new appliances. For larger seatings, there is a formal dining room.
Enjoy all the comforts of home, including HIGH SPEED INTERNET! And for those of you who travel with your laptops and IPADS, we have WIRELESS too!
***Kids we have XBOX 360 with GUITAR HERO WORLD TOUR and 2 GUITARS for those rainy days! We also have a ping pong table and an assortment of bikes for the whole family to enjoy!

Our home is so comfortable, once you arrive you won't want to leave! Beautiful Bonita Springs is centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers so you never run out of things to do. Breathtaking Barefoot Beach will definitely be on the top of your list of places to visit. Beautiful sunsets and much needed tranquility! Walking or riding bikes in our neighborhood in the early morning is so peaceful. Experience a private, romantic evening swim in our heated pool late at night with soft music playing in the background while your wine is slowly chilling. It will be an adventure you will never forget!

My husband and I grew up in New York, but we LOVE the beach. Unfortunately, 3 months of hot weather is just not enough for us. We've always wanted to own a vacation home close to the beach. As our family grew, we found Southwest Florida to be the perfect place to take our three kids. We have so many great family memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks Talay family for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We loved the roomy and well appointed house and the fabulous pool. The heated pool was a great hit with the arthritic members of the family [ the younger ones didn't mind either ]. We were close to anything we needed; food and beaches and great shopping at Bealls! Your kitchen is a cooks dream. Everything we could want or imagine was right there. We combined a family vacation with a 3 day business convention and we hope the company will choose this area again. We would love to come back and repeat this wonderful vacation. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated, our warmest regards to you and yours.

We just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and extremely comfortable. Anything you could want is there including a great pool. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, a family or two couples. Lots of room in a great location. We hope to come back next year for a couple weeks.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Talay home. It is well cared for and very spacious. The pool area is private while allowing a view of the beautiful golf course. Spanish Wells is close to shopping, dining and the Gulf. We highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed at Bob and Linda's home in April of 2009. They have a wonderful home that was stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation. The most inportant thing to me was that the home was very clean. I have a 8 year girl and a 13 year old boy and they both loved it very much along with my wife. I have stayed at many vacation homes and this one one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

Linda and Bob's home was perfect for our family gathering. We were 8 brothers and sisters with our respective families gathered throughout the area to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at Bentley VIllage. Many of the meals over the week were enjoyed at the Talay home! Easy, comfortable and well supplied with cookware, dishes... It couldn't have been better with the barbeque, pool many TV's for football & Golf...Thank you, Talays!

What a true vacation! Your home is so very comfortable, you have everything a family would need. The layout was perfect, the kids had their space, the pool, the TV, the kitchen. And there was quiet space for the adults. The neighbors even said they enjoyed the childrens laughter/noise. So glad we found you!

What an awesome vacation!! Your house was simply perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool each day and evening. This house is awesome!! Staying here made our golf trip a huge success!!! Our group has been travling to bonita for 7 years now and this was by far the best trip yet. The house was perfect, very spacious, the pool is fantastic,the house is even better than the pictures show! It's in a great location with easy access to the gulf and interstate.
