  My husband and I stayed for 10 days in early May 2013 and had a wonderful time! The house is spacious, comfortable and clean and has everything we could have needed for our holiday. The wifi was very useful for our UK mobile phones! The outside area was great, lots of sun and the pool was good to cool down in. The development is beautiful and very quiet - we only heard birds and a few golf balls being hit! The house is about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and Bonita Beach and about 30 minutes from Naples. We would be delighted to recommend to others.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable, felt like home (actually even better with the pool right outside the door!) Very clean, nice to have bikes available, wireless and use of a computer....just like home! Close to everything between Naples and Fort Myers. Had a Blue Heron out the front window on the water one day! Nice and quiet to sit out in the Lanai to read or take a nap! Thanks Linda and Bob for sharing your second home. Hope to come back soon.

  Thank you, Linda and Bob! We loved your Cozy Home. Very neat and clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool, ping pong table and board games kept the kids busy during a few days of down time due to Tropical Depression Debbie. We love Coconut Point for shopping and beaches at Bonita Beach and Delenor Wiggins State Park are beautiful. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful home.

  My family could not have enjoyed themselves more. This "Cozy Home" is neat clean and full of amenities. The owners where exceptional people to work with. This place was fabulous!

  Thanks Talay family for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We loved the roomy and well appointed house and the fabulous pool. The heated pool was a great hit with the arthritic members of the family [ the younger ones didn't mind either ]. We were close to anything we needed; food and beaches and great shopping at Bealls! Your kitchen is a cooks dream. Everything we could want or imagine was right there. We combined a family vacation with a 3 day business convention and we hope the company will choose this area again. We would love to come back and repeat this wonderful vacation. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated, our warmest regards to you and yours.

  We just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and extremely comfortable. Anything you could want is there including a great pool. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, a family or two couples. Lots of room in a great location. We hope to come back next year for a couple weeks.

  We had a wonderful vacation in the Talay home. It is well cared for and very spacious. The pool area is private while allowing a view of the beautiful golf course. Spanish Wells is close to shopping, dining and the Gulf. We highly recommend this property.

  Bob & Linda, So, as promised we came back to rent your home. We really had a relaxing time and your house was great...again. The pool was nice and warm.   My family and I stayed at Bob and Linda's home in April of 2009. They have a wonderful home that was stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation. The most inportant thing to me was that the home was very clean. I have a 8 year girl and a 13 year old boy and they both loved it very much along with my wife. I have stayed at many vacation homes and this one one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

  Linda and Bob's home was perfect for our family gathering. We were 8 brothers and sisters with our respective families gathered throughout the area to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at Bentley VIllage. Many of the meals over the week were enjoyed at the Talay home! Easy, comfortable and well supplied with cookware, dishes... It couldn't have been better with the barbeque, pool many TV's for football & Golf...Thank you, Talays!
