My husband and I stayed for 10 days in early May 2013 and had a wonderful time! The house is spacious, comfortable and clean and has everything we could have needed for our holiday. The wifi was very useful for our UK mobile phones! The outside area was great, lots of sun and the pool was good to cool down in. The development is beautiful and very quiet - we only heard birds and a few golf balls being hit! The house is about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and Bonita Beach and about 30 minutes from Naples. We would be delighted to recommend to others.

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable, felt like home (actually even better with the pool right outside the door!) Very clean, nice to have bikes available, wireless and use of a computer....just like home! Close to everything between Naples and Fort Myers. Had a Blue Heron out the front window on the water one day! Nice and quiet to sit out in the Lanai to read or take a nap! Thanks Linda and Bob for sharing your second home. Hope to come back soon.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Thank you, Linda and Bob! We loved your Cozy Home. Very neat and clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool, ping pong table and board games kept the kids busy during a few days of down time due to Tropical Depression Debbie. We love Coconut Point for shopping and beaches at Bonita Beach and Delenor Wiggins State Park are beautiful. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful home.

My family could not have enjoyed themselves more. This "Cozy Home" is neat clean and full of amenities. The owners where exceptional people to work with. This place was fabulous!

Thanks Talay family for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We loved the roomy and well appointed house and the fabulous pool. The heated pool was a great hit with the arthritic members of the family [ the younger ones didn't mind either ]. We were close to anything we needed; food and beaches and great shopping at Bealls! Your kitchen is a cooks dream. Everything we could want or imagine was right there. We combined a family vacation with a 3 day business convention and we hope the company will choose this area again. We would love to come back and repeat this wonderful vacation. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated, our warmest regards to you and yours.

We just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and extremely comfortable. Anything you could want is there including a great pool. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, a family or two couples. Lots of room in a great location. We hope to come back next year for a couple weeks.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Talay home. It is well cared for and very spacious. The pool area is private while allowing a view of the beautiful golf course. Spanish Wells is close to shopping, dining and the Gulf. We highly recommend this property.

Bob & Linda, So, as promised we came back to rent your home. We really had a relaxing time and your house was great...again. The pool was nice and warm. My family and I stayed at Bob and Linda's home in April of 2009. They have a wonderful home that was stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation. The most inportant thing to me was that the home was very clean. I have a 8 year girl and a 13 year old boy and they both loved it very much along with my wife. I have stayed at many vacation homes and this one one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

Linda and Bob's home was perfect for our family gathering. We were 8 brothers and sisters with our respective families gathered throughout the area to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at Bentley VIllage. Many of the meals over the week were enjoyed at the Talay home! Easy, comfortable and well supplied with cookware, dishes... It couldn't have been better with the barbeque, pool many TV's for football & Golf...Thank you, Talays!

What a true vacation! Your home is so very comfortable, you have everything a family would need. The layout was perfect, the kids had their space, the pool, the TV, the kitchen. And there was quiet space for the adults. The neighbors even said they enjoyed the childrens laughter/noise. So glad we found you!

What an awesome vacation!! Your house was simply perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool each day and evening. It was truly a pleasure getting to know and working with the Talay's. We have set a goal to make this an annual vacation spot for our family and look forward to spending more time in this incredible home. Thank you Linda and Bob for everything!

Here it is, saturday already, seems like we just got here yesterday. This is by far the fastest week of the year. This house is awesome!! Staying here made our golf trip a huge success!!! Our group has been travling to bonita for 7 years now and this was by far the best trip yet. The house was perfect, very spacious, the pool is fantastic,the house is even better than the pictures show! It's in a great location with easy access to the gulf and interstate. We stayed in the Talay home in October, 2005, and had a fabulous time. The Talays are very gracious and accommodating for any needs we had. It was truly a pleasure and we highly recommend this vacation rental home!

Our family truly enjoyed staying at the Talay home in Bonita Springs. The pictures do not do the home justice and it is larger and nicer than we expected. It had all the extras we would hope for in a vacation home. We especially enjoyed the computer and the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was spacious enough for two families (with kids) to enjoy a week and a half vacation and not get on each other's nerves. :-) The Bonita Springs area and beaches are beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. This was a wonderful home to stay in! It is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you can think of! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool is in a screened in lanai room with a beautiful view of the golf course. Even the men at the front gate (it is a gated community) are very friendly. The house is close to everything and not far from the beach, which was beautiful. This house truly felt like home. We will definately be back and highly recommend this home for vacation rental!

My wife and I often rent vacation homes all over the country. The Talay's property in Bonita Springs is by far the best rental we have stayed in. The home is very comfortable with all the ammenities you can think of. Linda & Bob treat you like family and truly make every effort to ensure that you enjoy yourselves. I highly recommend this property and thank the Talays for the wonderful time we had.

This is truly a beautiful home! It is spacious, tastefully appointed, clean, newly remodeled, comfortable and in a great, safe gated community. A few special features are its own private pool; that it sits on the 15th hole of a gorgeous golf course; that it is a straight drive to a beautiful beach and the nearby, absolutely delicious restaurants. The large master bedroom suite also sits quite a distance from the other 2 bedrooms, providing privacy for parents or grandparents (as in our case). The owners are also very kind, responsive and honest. I recommend this house highly and without reservation. P.S. The pool is child-safe; all three doors that lead to it have tough-to-defeat double-locks, and there is a safety gate available in the garage to put up all around it if you wish.

Hey Bob & Linda, Just wanted you to know we enjoyed our time at your house. The pool was great with all of the access to it. You were right about when we spoke of it being centrally located...thanks. When we got home, our kids asked when we were going to go back to your home. The house was perfect and felt like a home. Thanks for all of your help and if my kids had it their way, we would be renting from you again very soon....which will happen. Thanks Again
