This condo is one of the best on the island, it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the island to be quiet but close enough that anything you need is just minutes away. The location in the building is ideal, out the door down the steps and hit the beach! The condo itself??? Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable, we've already recommended it to several friends and will be back ourselves very soon! Oh yeah, don't forget to eat at Old Bay Steamer just down the road, service was great and the food was fantastic.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a wonderful condo! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The owner has thought of everything that you will need. This is a no smoking unit, so you don't have to worry about choking from stale cigarette smoke. We vacation in the area each summer but this is our first stay at Pelican Isle. Without a doubt we will be returning to the unit. The entire condo building is very nice, clean and quiet. Great location to the beach. Owner is great to work with! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This is a beautiful condo and a perfect place to stay. This condo is very close to the beach/ocean. The sunsets from the balcony were awesome. Aside from the beach, there is a lot to do in the area. My husband and I had a great stay here and definitely would stay again. In fact, we plan to! Thanks Sabine!

This is a beautiful unit and the owner is absolutely wonderful to work with. I have been renting in Florida for over ten years now and discovered this unit just a year and a half ago. I've already been back 3 times and wouldn't want to rent anywhere else.

My husband and I recently rented your condo for 3 nights. It was our first time at Pelican Isle. The condo was very pretty and clean. The view was exceptionable. I felt as though I was sitting on the beach while sitting on the balcony. I can't wait until I can stay here again. Sabine was a pleasure to work with. Thank You.

We have stayed at the condo for several summer vacations and intend on coming back again. The unit is exceptionally clean and is so convenient since it is on the first floor. Looking forward to next summer already!

Fantastic condo. The condo was extremely clean and exceptionally furnished. The views are outstanding!! The beach chairs and umbrella service included with this condo are something we would not give up when renting. Glad Sabine included it in her ammenities. The walk in shower is fabulous - nice and roomy. If you never stayed here you have got to rent it. You'll not rent any where else once you stay here. This is the only condo we will now rent. Very easy dealing with rent by owner. All you need is your bathing suits. Can't wait to return next year. Linda and Greg

We had a wonderful time staying at the Pelican Isle. The owner was great to work with. This first floor unit has everything! Because the parking is under the building the first floor is elevated. You still get a wonderful view, yet it is easily accessible to the beach and pool. Everyone was friendly and helpful. . .a very family friendly place. Thanks!

Just wanted to mention that this is a fantastic unit. No corners were cut in comfort. The owner is easy to work with and was able to assist us with all of our questions. I almost forgot to mention the view. It is exceptional. Our children truly enjoyed watching the dolophins in the morning. Forget the elevator. Take steps outside your door for quicker access to the beach which was immaculate. Cant wait unitl next year.......Thanks Mrs. Kelley

Your unit IS SO NICE AND CLEAN. iT IS SO NICE TO SIT ON THE BALCONY ,OR IN THE LIVING ROOM ENJOYING A NICE CUP OF COFFEE .LOOKING AT THE OCEAN. HOPEING TO SEE THE DOLPHINS. It is home away from home.

Stayed in this condo last summer and loved it. Couldn't wait to get back so we just reserved the condo for our annual girl's trip this spring. The condo was just what we wanted. It was nicely decorated , right on the beach, and had a wonderful view. Can't wait until spring!

We really enjoyed our vacation and the condo was fabulous! The owner is great to work with, very kind and considerate of a renters needs. The view is great and the location couldn't be better! Easy access to the beach and just minutes from the gift shops, restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this condo!!!
