Like new beach house on North Ocean Blvd. New carpet, appliances and hard wood floors. Great value for vacationers looking for privacy, ocean views, and easy beach access for a great rental rate. This house was booked solid last summer season so reserve early.
'Atlantic Retreat' is located in a beautiful section of Cherry Grove, in quiet North Myrtle Beach. The house is bright, with new furnishings, sunny and welcoming. The large deck with water view and open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining.
The house is in 'like new' condition and has an open floor plan and with large rooms. In addition to features listed, Atlantic Retreat includes a full-size kitchen with modern appliances, a large walk in storage room, an outdoor shower and ample covered parking.
Renters receive a key to storage room filled with 'beach goodies' to use during their stay including beach toys, rafts, beach chairs ,coolers, etc. Just makes packing so much easier!

If you have any physical limitations, this is NOT the house for you. Secondary bedrooms are on a second floor from main living area so we had to haul most of our stuff up TWO levels vs. one which wasn't good for us with bad backs and bad knees. Also, full size bed in secondary bedroom squeeks every time you move so sleep was interrupted all the time. Beds are marginally comfortable. Kitchen supplies leave a lot to be desired in that there were hardly any teaspoons and very few drinking glasses. Comfortable couch & recliners in living room so that was very nice; bright dining room. No flat screen TVs and only TVs were in living room and master bedroom. Lovely porch to relax on. Easy access to beach. House was extremely clean and seemed to be in good physical shape. I would recommend to friends if they have no trouble with stairs. Great for a pet friendly house.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
