  This was our sixth visit to Kaanapali Royal and this condo is definitely the BEST we have stayed in. Well equipped, well maintained, good access to pool, and definitely convenient to everything. We will definitely rent here again and would definitely recommend to friends.

  My husband, son and I stayed here with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and their son (our nephew). We had an AMAZING family trip. Each couple stayed in their own bedroom (and the boys, ages 8 and 6) loved the blow up mattress in their own private living room space. In fact my nephew said, "this feels like home" and both boys had sad faces when we left (we all did). Next time we need more than 7 days! We prepared beautiful meals together, enjoyed the wonderful large space and agreed that this was one of our best vacations ever. It made such a difference to stay in a gorgeous condo like this versus a cramped hotel room (for much less than the cost of a hotel room). We could have packed half of what we did - this space had everything including a handy washer and dryer (which means less clothes if you do a load now and then - and detergent was even there!). There were more amenities here than in my own home. Definitely a wonderful place to stay if you are coming to the islands and a value for what you pay with the spacious living space and the ability to cook on your own. Stock up an Costco on the way in from the airport, grab a few nights out at your favorite places (we recommend Kimo's in Lahina) and enjoy fine dining, without breaking the bank, in your own gourmet kitchen at this condo. This is a beautiful locale, best part of the island and a real treat for anyone going to Maui! Thank you Stacie and family for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We are now hooked on VRBO!

  THIS PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My college friends and I (ages 21,27,28,30) decided to take a trip to the islands. We browsed through VRBO for about a month. We finally chose this property because of the location and low price point. I'm oh so glad we did. When booking, Stacie (the property manager) was super helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions, via email, in a timely manner. When we arrived, my friends and I were amazed how clean and upscale the condo was. The pictures displayed on the profile do not do the condo justice. Its way nicer than you may realize! Being from California, I tend to like the finer things in life. This condo definitely exceeded my expectations! Granite counter tops throughout, travertine floors, sub zero fridge, 2 freezers and 2 cooling drawers, flat screen tvs, brand new washer/dryer, memory foam beds, etc. INSANE! The pool is about 15 yards out the sliding doors and Whalers Village/Beach is about 200 yards beyond that. So walking everywhere is super easy. Driving distances are also minimal. Lahaina (shopping/restaurants/nightlife) is about 10 miles south and Kapalua (snorkeling/golf) is about 15 miles north. We drove back and forth everyday for a week and only had to fill our gas tank once. I can go on and on about how SPECTACULAR this property is...If it's available, BOOK IT! You won't be disappointed!

  Thanks again for the incredible accommodations for our first time in Maui. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for our family. We had friends staying in your other condo next door and we could not have picked a better spot! the best part was the main floor location, proximity to the pool, beach, and whalers village. The pool was always quiet compared to the large resorts on the beach... we had the whole pool to ourselves most days! we can't wait to come back and stay here again....

  It doesn't get any easier than this, exactly what you want from a holiday rental. We are a very active family on holidays, our days are filled with adventure and activity so having a place to come home to that was so relaxing and comfortable was fantastic. This property is like a second home, completly stocked to fill anyone's needs. Tired from the snorkling and Olivene pools, let's head back and have a BBQ. Kids can hit the pool while we have a cocktail with friends. After dinner they can walk over and get a tasty shave ice. Had a great day at Piiholo ranch, let's leave the car and walk down to Hula for dinner. It was all too easy, we did not have to spend hours looking for items or substituting for items we could not find. You can use it as a resting place or spend your whole day inside, everything is there for you: the fully stocked kitchen, big clean bathrooms, comfortable lounge area, lovely patio and easy location. It was obvious that not only do the owners and cleaning crew take great care of the place, the guests themselves respect the property, it makes it so much easier for the everyone to enjoy thier stay.   We returned from our trip to Maui last night. The 2 condos, side by side, were perfect for our family of 10. The proximity of the pool, beach and Whaler's Village to the condos was fantastic. We were able to make great use of the BBQs and really enjoyed the ability to stock the condos with all our food and drink necessities. We felt like we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Our 4 grandkids especially enjoyed their first trip to Hawaii and seeing them enjoy themselves so much was the highlight of our trip for me and my wife.   My family loves vacationing on Maui. We've been here several times and each time is sweeter. I want to thank Tom and Judy for the excellent accommodations. This condo is by far the best and nicest place we've stayed. We've been here for a month and have been so comfortable. The location is the best on Kaanapali. It is quiet, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants--all within walking distance from the condo. The kitchen is to die for!! It makes cooking a pleasure. The four of us had plenty of room to get out of each other's way when necessary--which wasn't often! We will definitely return to Maui and when we do, we plan to stay here again.   We picked a Great condo to stay at. Everything in the condo is 1st rate. The appliances are the top of the line. The kitchen is to dream for. The pool is a short walk to the pool or the hot tub. If you wanted to golf at Kaanapali Royal or shop at the Whalers Village it is a short 10 minute walk. Centrally located between Lahaina and Kapalua there is lots to do. This Maui condo is a Great value.

  We had the most fantastic time in Maui. The condo is in a great location, very well equipped, well managed and very convenient to everywhere we sent. The whole experience made our first time to Hawaii all the more memorable and we will definitely be back again and again.

  This is truly a beautiful and well equipped condo and was a real treat to enjoy for our month on Maui. The lanai was well used every day from early morning until "lights out" at night. The swimming pool, the lush garden setting and the two golf courses makes this an amzaing property to stay at. We loved the proximity to Whaler's Village and the Beach Walk. We enjoyed the reprieve from our Canadain winter and do plan to return to this island paradise. Diane Bacon Alberta, Canada
