The air conditioned suite is tastefully decorated and features a spacious and luxurious living room with a surround sound home theatre. The lanai is perfect for barbecuing on those warm Hawaiian nights.
Each bedroom has its own cable television and full en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower faucets. Sleeps four comfortably, but a Aerobed mattress is available for two additional guests. Free wireless internet access is also provided (computer not included), and free long distance calling to anywhere in North America.
Located on the ground floor, you will have easy access to the gorgeous gardens. We are right across from the pool, hot tub and sauna, with two lit tennis courts closeby.
Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful condominium resort located on the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The Kaanapali Beach Resort features two championship golf courses, a three mile long sandy beach, and Whaler’s Village, a popular restaurant and shopping complex. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach and Whaler’s Village.

Why the Owner Chose Kaanapali Royal
We originally chose to purchase on Maui in order to escape Vancouver's rain. Its proximity to the mainland and reliable climate made it an ideal choice. We love Kaanapali because of it's size; it's quiet, yet there are so many options for great dining and wonderful beaches nearby.
Shopping Centre & Restaurants, Live Entertainment. Also where you can catch the bus to Lahaina.

We returned from our trip to Maui last night. The 2 condos, side by side, were perfect for our family of 10. The proximity of the pool, beach and Whaler's Village to the condos was fantastic. We were able to make great use of the BBQs and really enjoyed the ability to stock the condos with all our food and drink necessities. We felt like we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Our 4 grandkids especially enjoyed their first trip to Hawaii and seeing them enjoy themselves so much was the highlight of our trip for me and my wife. My family loves vacationing on Maui. We've been here several times and each time is sweeter. I want to thank Tom and Judy for the excellent accommodations. This condo is by far the best and nicest place we've stayed. We've been here for a month and have been so comfortable. The location is the best on Kaanapali. It is quiet, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants--all within walking distance from the condo. The kitchen is to die for!! It makes cooking a pleasure. The four of us had plenty of room to get out of each other's way when necessary--which wasn't often! We will definitely return to Maui and when we do, we plan to stay here again. We picked a Great condo to stay at. Everything in the condo is 1st rate. The appliances are the top of the line. The kitchen is to dream for. The pool is a short walk to the pool or the hot tub. If you wanted to golf at Kaanapali Royal or shop at the Whalers Village it is a short 10 minute walk. Centrally located between Lahaina and Kapalua there is lots to do. This Maui condo is a Great value.

We had the most fantastic time in Maui. The condo is in a great location, very well equipped, well managed and very convenient to everywhere we sent. The whole experience made our first time to Hawaii all the more memorable and we will definitely be back again and again.

This is truly a beautiful and well equipped condo and was a real treat to enjoy for our month on Maui. The lanai was well used every day from early morning until "lights out" at night. The swimming pool, the lush garden setting and the two golf courses makes this an amzaing property to stay at. We loved the proximity to Whaler's Village and the Beach Walk. We had the most AMAZING time in Maui! The accommodations FAR exceeded our expectations! We took advantage of the lanai every night, and enjoyed the pool, as well. It is PERFECT for two couples as the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms - lots of privacy and space for everyone. We also really loved the location - just a short walk to the beach. Ideal! For newcomers like we were, we definitely recommend this place. As for activities, we really enjoyed snorkeling through Four Winds (great food & a great staff!) and we had a fabulous dinner at Kimos in Lahaina. My last piece of advice? Read and travel with the book Maui Revealed - particularly if you plan to take the Road to Hana. Enjoy!

Wow! What a beautiful setting and the condo so well appointed. We were very comfortable and happy to be here. There was absolutely nothing we were lacking. The kitchen was FABULOUS! Wow! What can we say, this condo is truly fantastic! We stayed for a week in February 2005 and we wish it could have been longer. Everything was superb; the location near the best beach on Maui, the beautiful decor (the pictures don't lie), the numerous appliances, the surround sound entertainment center, and even the small things like free internet access and the shower heads really made this feel like luxury living. It was really nice to have such a comfortable place to sit down and relax. We particularly enjoyed our time spent lounging on the lanai which is only steps from the pool and hot tub. The extent to which they went to make this as enjoyable as possible is obvious. I would highly recommend this to anyone Thanks again for everything. We look forward to coming back real soon.
