This adorable Spanish style home on Coronado island, has been remodeled with stunning hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in kitchen, granite counters in baths, Flat screen HDTV's, and central air conditioning and fans in every room for those warm, sunny Coronado days.

Every room has a fan if air conditioning is not your thing.
The garage has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and an ice chest for your many beach visits. Beach towels are in back bedroom closet.
If you are security conscious, the home has an ADT security alarm system and a front door entry electronic lock. You don't even need keys.
