Property description

This adorable Spanish style home on Coronado island, has been remodeled with stunning hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in kitchen, granite counters in baths, Flat screen HDTV's, and central air conditioning and fans in every room for those warm, sunny Coronado days.

Step out the front door to a flagstone patio sitting area or the French doors in the back to a private brick patio with table, chairs, propane BBQ, a vintage water fountain, and stainless steel propane heater, for those cool summer nights.

The 1st floor living room has a large Flat Screen HDTV, leather furniture, a gas log fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The front bedroom has a trundle bed, a Flat Screen HDTV, and an office desk and chair with wired /wireless HP printer. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet, and a TV monitor with DVD player.

The 2nd floor Master suite has a King size bed, Flat Screen HDTV, 2 closets, an outside balcony with table, chairs, and a retractable awning to enjoy that morning breakfast. The full bath has a tub/shower where you can watch another wall mounted Flat Screen HDTV; or look out and see the skyline of downtown San Diego.

For the tech friendly folks, the home includes Wi-Fi wireless broadband and full HD quality TV viewing on 5 Flat Screen TVs powered from DirecTV. Record from any TV and watch whatever you have recorded from any other TV.

Every room has a fan if air conditioning is not your thing.

The garage has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and an ice chest for your many beach visits. Beach towels are in back bedroom closet.

If you are security conscious, the home has an ADT security alarm system and a front door entry electronic lock. You don't even need keys.

About the owner: After renting in Coronado for several months each year since 1999, we finally decided to buy in this wonderful city and friendly community. We would like to share our beautifully remodeled home with others.
