Wow!! This gorgeous gated community of luxury resort homes is finally finished... And we were able to purchase three of them!! Built in 2004/2005, Coral Hammock is one of the newest gated communities with 55 luxury resort homes with a lavish Clubhouse and Pool and lushly landscaped grounds. These custom single family homes recall the romantic charm of old Key West with spacious floor plans, vaulted ceilings, "Conch" style porches and the traditional metal roof. Located at "mile marker 5" and ideally located across from the Key West Golf Club and just down the street from world class fishing and other activities at Hurricane Joe's Restaurant and Marina. You are close to all the action but yet secluded enough to enjoy your privacy. Key West is only a "2x4" island (two miles wide and four miles long) so nothing is far away!!

We offer three of these homes and each is three bedrooms and three baths and all are close to the pool. Each house has two queen beds, two twin beds (which can be converted to a king) and is fully furnished with the best of everything.

                            The Coral Hammock house met and exceeded all of our expectations. The owners are very professional and quick to respond to all inquiries and promptly returned our security deposit. The house is new, modern, clean and has very roomy bedrooms. The pool is large, beautifully landscaped, and plenty warm in February. We greatly enjoyed the antics of the wildlife, especially the roosters and lizards. The house has ample linens, including beach towels. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked many meals. While not on the island of Key West, we were able to walk and bike to Key West. And we did so most mornings. We also drove to Key West and had no problem finding parking or using the parking garage. Roosteca, a restaurant across the street from Coral Hammocks, is an excellent Italian place that uses fresh ingredients. WeCycleKW is a bike rental place just 2 blocks away on Route 1. They have a wonderful selection of bikes and their staff is the most knowledgeable I have found in a bike rental business (and I rent bikes everywhere I travel). I would recommend a day trip to Dry Torgougas, NP and/or a day trip on a charter fishing boat. You also can't miss the sunset celebration on Key West.

                            Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

                            We loved staying at this condo property! Our unit was right next to the pool. Pure Heaven. We plan on staying again, for sure! And we have recommended it to our friends.

                            Great place to stay! Everything was very clean and it was a great location. The pool was fantastic. While it is out of town, it is an easy drive to town and the owners local recommendations were great! Would definitely recommend this rental!

                            Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

                            I loved staying here. It was very clean and included everything we needed. I actually stayed at 20 Coral Way. Stayed here for a family wedding and had a reunion with my sisters. We enjoyed just hanging out on the back porch sipping a glass of wine in the evening while catching up. This was so much better than staying in a crowded hotel room...and cheaper! We did have to drive to get to the beaches or downtown but it was really easy to get around because it's such a small island. We actually hung out at the pool most days and just went out to shop and eat in the evening. We had a nice barbecue one night. Wonderful for people who want to relax.

                            Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
