The Condo is conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance from plaza shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This fully furnished Condo has a spacious living room, two bedrooms each attached with two master bathrooms and a newly remodeled fully furnished kitchen with brand new appliances. The unit is located on first floor and also has a huge outside patio with spectacular mountain view and furnished with a gas grill and necessary patio furniture to enjoy the warm weather and BBQ!! The Condo offers one private enclosed garage space for car parking in the building. The Jacuzzi is conveniently located right next to the outdoor patio. The complex offers two swimming pools and beautiful tennis courts right adjacent to each other. The laundry facility is located inside the complex just within steps from the Condo.
The entire Condo unit is furnished with brand new furniture to make your vacation enjoyable with a pleasant experience. First bedroom has one queen-size bed, dresser, end table, CD alarm clock, cordless phone and a 20 inch flat screen color television. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, one dresser, two end tables, CD alarm clock, cordless phone and a 20 inch flat screen color television. The room also has a flat screen computer system with high speed DSL internet access and a color printer for your unlimited use.
The living room has a nice sectional sofa, coffee table, two end tables, cordless phone with answering machine and a 32 inch flat screen color television equipped with a five-speaker home theatre DVD/VCR stereo system. The kitchen is fully furnished for home cooking and includes a coffee maker; toaster, blender, microwave and a George Foreman grill for your use. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything necessary to make you feel at home away from your home.
The outdoor patio has a big table with chairs and a huge umbrella to help you enjoy the great warm weather in Palm Springs. The patio has a brand new gas grill for your any time use for BBQ.
