Make our beach home away from home yours! Our bright and sunny first floor unit has everything that you need for a relaxing beach get away. Tucked back in a quiet and private location, you’ll have access to all of the great Arcadian Dunes amenities without the hassles of noise or parking.
We are truly a “VRBO” and not managed by an agency so the unit that you reserve with us is the unit you will get, there are no hidden charges and most importantly, your family will stay in a unit that is CLEAN and well maintained - HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
There are two large bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a television and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also additional sleeping available on the pull out couch.
Our kitchen has all you need to make simple meals including the “must have” microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. There is an open comfortable living room and dining room combination with a 32” Flat Screen TV, a DVD player, a radio and High Speed Internet. Our family of four often enjoys meals and relaxes on our small screened in porch that faces a private wooded setting. There is also a frontloading washer & dryer in the unit.
The location is fantastic - Walk to the beach or relax by one of the two Arcadian Dunes pools. The large main outdoor pool has plenty of lounge chairs, a Jacuzzi, and sauna. It is right by the clubhouse and “ Harry the Hats” restaurant and sports bar. The second pool is away from the action and also offers plenty of chairs, and a large three foot deep section for the children. The complex also has a tennis court, horseshoe pits, and picnic areas with charcoal grills and gazebos

A Well-Equippred Clean Condo

My family (me, wife, 2 girls - 8 and 6) stayed here from 7/17/10-7/24/10 and had a fantasic time. The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was large and spacious. We never had a problem with parking and appreciated the fact that it was on the first floor which made carrying groceries and beach items more convenient. We had been to MB seven previous times and stayed in a hotel so we appreciated the extra space! There are two nice pools (which we used quite a bit), a restaurant, playground, tennis court, and other ameniies. The condo is centrally located with Barefoot Landing to the north and Broadway at the Beach to the south. A Super Walmart is right around the corner for groceries. The beach has a public restroom and was family oriented. We would hit the beach for 4-5 hours, stop at one of the pools on the way back to the condo, take a break, and then go out to dinner and Broadway at the Beach at night. I highly recommend it! Scott

We are just returning from a beautiful week at the very peaceful Arcadian Dunes Resort. This condo is very spacious/clean/clear & super comfortable. There is (2) nice pools on the Resort. You can easily walk to the beach. The food market is at the end of the street, convenience store right beside the resort. You have also a small market (5 minutes walk) where you can get fresh sea food & fresh vegetables, You are also close to everything; First Landing, Outlets, Broadway on the beach, shopping Malls, etc. In resume, this place is perfect for spending a week, few weeks or maybe few months if you can!
