Located in popular The Falls at Saw Creek community, this Non-Smoking one bedroom home offers 720 sq./ft of space in a open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. On the first floor is the kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, living room, dinning area, porch, washing machine and dryer. The second floor has a full bathroom and the bedroom that opens to the cathedral ceiling of the first floor. The bedroom bed has a queen size bed (new mattress April 2010). This economical one bedroom unit offers more space and amenities than a hotel room but at a far more economical price. This quaint and homelike unit is great for couples that like to cozy up to the fireplace with soft music or entertain in the screened-in porch. This unit is also perfect for skiers, shoppers, hikers, and fishermen looking for a nice place to stay.
This townhouse features a screened porch with a large table and chairs, a gas grill on the deck, a well-equipped kitchen, TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo, and a washer and dryer. There is available space in the outside storage closet for skis, pool floaties or other items. Getting away from the hustle and bustle will be exactly what you can accomplish here.
The home is located within The Falls at Saw Creek. Here you can utilize all the great outdoor facilities: swimming pools, tennis courts, or volleyball, softball, and basketball facilities. Dine at the community's own restaurant, "Top Of The World."

This was a great vacation, I would highly recommend this rental. Townhouse is equipt with everything you could need and more,beautiful location, beautiful pools, peaceful setting,feels like home away from home. Plenty of activities for the whole family close by, and places to relax. Snatch this up while you can!!!!!!!!!

Hello and Welcome. We are fairly new to VRBO. You will find the condo is clean and has all the things you need for a happy stay. It is very centrally located. Our main purpose is not to make a big profit, just offset some of the cost of having a place in the Pocono Mountains. As such I think you will find we are very easy to deal with.
