This beautifully appointed executive home is on the doorstep to Brisbane City. This fabulous home can cater for larger family groups in luxury or smaller families in great style. The home is offered as a whole, but in quieter periods orlast minute, just one level can be used as a self contained area. So different family units can share the home but enjoy their own self contained living spaces. Plus bonus space available with middle level double garage converted to large rumpus, plus single remote control garage. Flexible rental options to use as much space in the home as your guests will need.

Minimum rental is 7 nights, but Friday to Friday and Saturday to Saturday bookings attract a premium. (These bookings take out 2 weekends). Shorter bookings accepted under conditions outlined below. Your enquiry is welcome, please ensure you mention the purpose for your visit and a bit about your guests and their age range please.

The home has all the features of a modernised classic Queenslander. The comforts of today's living have not been compromised. There is ducted air conditioning throughout, (except in middle level), as well as ceiling fans in each room. Smoke and security alarms. Wifi internet available anywhere in the home. Push button wall radio/CD/ipod control to most rooms plus several Flat screen TVs are scattered throughout the home. Independent cable TV reception to both levels. Wrap around verandahs, private decks, large and small patio areas allow for outside Queensland living.

The home is a pleasant 10min walk to free ferry to central Brisbane or City Cat services.

Offering 2 homes in one. Total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms +3 sofa beds. All sofa beds are double inner spring and located in areas which can be set up for sleeping only, so you don't have to reset the lounge each day as there are still ample lounge spaces available.

UPPER LEVEL:
Sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, plus double sofa bed. 2 bathrooms + powder rm.

The master bedroom boasts a large ensuite with walk in robe, sitting room (with sofa bed), small deck area and wall mounted TV. 2 other queen bedrooms plus 4th bedroom with twin king singles, allow for ample sleeping accommodation.

There are 2 separate lounges so the adults and children can enjoy their own spaces.

Large kitchen with dishwasher, ample storage and quality appliances.

Wrap around verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting, allow you to enjoy the outlook of the tree lined street. It is surprisingly quiet on the front deck for such an inner city location.

This level has it’s own wi-fi internet and Foxtel cable TV access and private entrance via front door with keypad entry.

The MIDDLE level is a converted triple garage. The double garage is converted to be used as a rumpus room with large screen TV for DVDs and games consoles plus an air hockey table. One lounge can be used as a double sofa bed.

The single garage space is separated with a wall and door to rumpus area. It can can house a single car and is operated by remote control; or is usually set up with a ping pong table.

LOWER LEVEL:
This fully self contained home enjoys total privacy from upper level and middle levels with sound proofed ceiling. Generous living areas open to the private pool and BBQ area. Private entrance via side gate with keypad entry.

This level has 2 queen bedrooms, (one with wall mounted TV and private access to bathroom). There is also an alcove in the ample L shaped lounge area has a sofa bed. There is a screen provided to create privacy for this space if it is used for sleeping. The bathroom and toilet have 2-way access.

It has a smaller kitchen with dishwasher. Microwave/convection bench top oven and hotplates are supplied.

This level has it’s own wi-fi internet and Foxtel cable TV access and private entrance via side gate with keypad entry.

This home was built without compromise. Quality fittings throughout and the thoughtful details that just say this is a luxury experience.

If this is more space than you need, then it is possible to rent just half the home in quiet times.

We have been involved in student, short term and vacation accommodation for nearly 10 years. We have listened to our guests and have bought the perfect property to meet the major 'wish list' criteria. We use VRBO when we travel and have applied everything we value in a vacation home to Lambert House. (See our other homes on VRBO).
