Pebblecreek Villa is located at Clear Creek, just one mile from the action packed US-192. Our beautiful executive home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac offering tranquillity, backing onto a wooded conservation area. Despite it's quiet location it is only 14 minutes drive to the gates of Disney and very handy for all the area's other popular attractions.
At the entrance to the sub division is a convenient shopping plaza with bank, pizza delivery and post office. A huge Walmart is just 1 miles away. The accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, features four bedrooms (two of which are KING en-suite Masters).
Master bedroom #1 has a 'King' bed, TV and walk-in closet with safe (Free to Guests), with access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. Master bedroom #2 is also en-suite and features a 'King' bed and TV. Two further bedrooms, one a 'Queen' and the other a a twin
share the third bathroom and both also have TV's.
The latest addition is a FREE Wi-Fi access so you can bring your lap-top or use the villas own computer connected to high speed internet for your convenience.
Two beautiful living areas, a very well appointed lounge also features sleeper sofa and a formal dining area, the second a family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR, overlooking the 30' x 14' screened pool that features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks. The pool (optional electric heating on request) is not overlooked to the side or rear.
Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 square foot home. The luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar features a large oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, smoothie maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, plus all utensils and dishes for up to ten guests. The separate utility room includes washer/dryer and ironing facilities. All linen is provided, just turn up with your clothes!!! E-mail for availability.
By the way - we accept well behaved pets so long as the owners accept responsibility for any damage/stains etc their pet may cause.
We have a games room with foosball, table tennis and electronic dart board located in the garage.

Just to let you know that we had the most wonderful holiday in your villa. It was everything we could have wanted and more!! The children loved the pool and the wild life from the woods was an added bonus. We had visits from storks and armadillos not the type of animal you see every day in England! Thank you for the cheque for £150 which we received on Thursday. We loved Florida so much we would love to come back in 2 years time and will definitely want to come back to your villa even though this time there would be only 4 of us not 7.

Why the Owner Chose Clear Creek
Florida offers so much, from Theme parks, beaches and all the wonderful nature that abounds. We adore our 2nd home in Florida and work very long and hard so that we can visit and enjoy it as often as possible. We like to share this with our guests, many who have now returned year after year. Having had the villa a few years you would think we have done everything in the area but every time we go we find somthing new to enjoy. The location is very relaxing with woodland to the rear.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Tranquility and yet so close to all the action. If you are visiting the area for theme parks all are within easy reach, possibly you could be attending the Triathlon Training Centre in Clermont or be part of a conference at the Orange County Conference Centre and want to bring the family and have a relaxing base to stay, well you have just found the ideal location.

My sister and her 4 teenages and my son and I had the opportunity to stay at this home and it did feel like a home. It was wonderful to be able to come home each evening, after sightseeing, and just let the kids hang out in the pool,. It was also wonderful to be able to feed this many teenagers (4 males) by cooking for them which allowed us to spend out money in other areas. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do and the community surrounding it is very peaceful and relaxing.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
