'Pebblecreek Villa' with wooded conservation to rear - Orlando/Clermont, FL - Florida Vacation Rental near Disney - Why stay in a hotel? Clear Creek, just one mile from the action packed US-192, is an exclusive development completed in 2001. Our beautiful executive home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac offering tranquillity, backing onto a wooded conservation area. Despite it's quiet location it is only 12 minutes drive to the gates of Disney and very handy for all the area's attractions. At the entrance to the sub division is a convenient shopping plaza with Winn Dixie supermarket, bank, pizza delivery and post office. The accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, features four bedrooms (two of which are en-suite Masters). Master bedroom #1 has a 'King' bed, TV and walk-in closet with safe (Free to Guests), with access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. Master bedroom #2 is also en-suite and features a 'Queen' bed and TV. Two further bedrooms, one a twin, the other themed as a 'Winnie the Pooh' room with futon bunk and single bed ideal plus TV/VCR to sleep three or four children, share the third bathroom, 4th bedroom with twin beds and also has a TV. The latest addition is a computer connected to high speed internet for your convenience. Two beautiful living areas, a very well appointed lounge also features sleeper sofa and a formal dining area, the second a family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR, overlooking the 30' x 14' screened pool that features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks. The pool (optional electric heating on request) is not overlooked to the side or rear. Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 square foot home. The luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar features a large oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, smoothie maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, plus all utensils and dishes for up to ten guests. The separate utility room includes washer/dryer and ironing facilities. All linen is provided, just turn up with your clothes!!! E-mail for availability. By the way - we accept well behaved pets so long as the owners accept responsibility for any damage/stains etc their pet may cause. Recently we have added a games room with foosball, table tennis and electronic dart board.
