This home is located on a quiet street in New Port Richey, just 15 miles north of Clearwater in great waterfront community with private beach with we provide free passes to. Beach club has cabanas, charcoal barbecue grills, and picnic tables (great place to watch the sunset) or watch the dolphins near the beach when there feeding. There is also a community golf course within this community.
This home comes with a king in master bedroom, two twins in second bedroom, a screened-in patio, a pull-out leather sofa in living room and a POOL TABLE in family room. Full Kitchen and everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
The FREE BOAT that comes with this home can be taken out cruising the canals, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, or even out the Island (Anchlote Key), a great natural beach with beautiful water. We also provide two fishing poles and two bikes for your use.
