Located in South Kona on a private 3 acre hillside estate, we are just 18 miles south of Kailua-Kona and a world away from the heat, humidity, tourists, non-stop noise and congested traffic of Kailua-Kona, especially along Alii Dr. We are close to picturesque sandy beaches, the Island’s best snorkeling, markets, restaurants and shops.
Sit on your own private lanai or patio and enjoy a Pina Colada while watching the sun set. Cook fresh fish or throw a steak on your private BBQ or in your kitchen. Wake up to the lovely sound of birdsongs, sit in the gardens and commune with nature.
