This Impressive building with 24-hour security, elevators, Air-conditioning, sauna, exercise room, laundry services, taxis available by phone or one block away, and buses at the corner, was built to be an upscale five star hotel - luckily for us however, plans were changed at the last minute and turned into condos. Needless to say, this is a condominium development, but feels like a hotel!

Pampatar, our ‘home away from home ‘ is much more picturesque and calm than any other city in Margarita. Founded in 1535 around the island's most protected deep-water harbor, Pampatar still retains much of its colonial-era flavour and architecture.
Here you can just relax and watch the fishermen, bring in their haul. Then you can enjoy the "catch of the day" in some of the beachfront kiosks or restaurants, where a meal for two, including drinks, will only cost $8 to $12 Comfortably and Tastefully Furnished, New Building with Security Services.
