Kahana Outrigger is located on the beautiful west shore of Maui in Kahana. Here you will find sun soaked beaches and fabulous tropical scenery. Situated halfway between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and just minutes away from Lahaina. The property is situated on over an acre of beachfront property. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained with lush tropical plants.
The Kahana Outrigger is only 16 units and is very private and quiet. Not a hi-rise complex with hundreds of people crowded around the pool. You are only steps away from ocean and beach, and walking distance from dining, shopping and golf.
This spacious 3 bedroom townhome is newly decorated in a tropical motif, and is very clean and welcoming. You won’t find second-hand or “80’s” furniture here. The unit is large, almost 1,500 square feet, feels more like a house than a townhome.
Step onto the private lanai and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, the islands of Lanai and Molokai, sunsets, seasonal whale watching, and rainbows. There is also easy access to sandy beaches, fantastic snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming and long romantic sunset walks.
This ground floor unit has 7 beds, which will sleep up to 10 guests. Our townhome is fully equipped, and offers many amenities that other rentals do not.

Why the Owner Chose Kahana
The northwest side of Maui is the most desirable side of the island. We have breathtaking views of Molokai, of Lanai. Not to mention how peaceful and quiet it is (as opposed to a hotel). Plus we have restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
It's large enough for a big family (we've stayed with our family, which was a group of 10) and we we're not the least bit crowded. We take special pride in keeping it up to date and clean...and try to make it feel like you are at a home away from home.

This townhouse more than met our expectations. It pleased our family of 9 that ranged in age from 9 to 87. The location is ideal for everything. Whale watching was breathtaking. Playing on the beach and in the pool were highlights for our kids. Being close to many exciting activities was superb. The snuba trip was much more than expected. The hosts of this house were more than helpful and kind. This is the best place on earth! We'll be back to explore some more!

Tim, We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful vacation on Maui. Your property was wonderful and very successfully accommodated our family needs. Your condo had everything that we needed. We relaxed in the pool, swam in the ocean and also explored some of the island. We found your place to be comfortable and but also baby friendly. The location was perfect. This place is unbelievably amazing. It is hard to even write a review when find the "perfect" place for your family to stay. If you are not sure where to stay in Maui, or not sure where to go on vacation this is the only place you need to visit. I have 2,000 more characters to put in this review, but I will end it here. Don't look at any other properties rent this one, I don't even want to write a good review for fear of everyone visiting my most favorite spot in the world.

Our family just returned from an amazing 10 night stay (May 2011) at this beautiful Kahana property and I can't wait to go back! Our whole family (4 adults and 2 young children) felt at home from the moment we stepped foot into the condo from the huge rooms, huge bathrooms, open concept living space and the most breathtaking view from the best lanai I have set foot on...you truly have to see it to believe it. The beach is literally a 30 second walk from the lanai and the pool just steps away, my kids could not have been more happy. The condo is stocked with all the goodies needed for a fantastic vacation, there are boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach mats, chairs, a stocked DVD and book library and all the cooking gadgets required to prepare fantastic meals in. The location is PERFECT. It is a close drive to all the best beaches (highly recommend Napili Bay) and the best restaurants that Maui has to offer. Tim and Kim are absolutely fantastic owners to deal with, we had the pleasure of meeting Tim on our visit, he was extremely friendly, helpful, and it is very apparent the pride they take in their beautiful home.
