The High Tide house is located less than 200 yards away from Public Beach Access. it is located at 6th and Inlet in Downtown Lincoln City. Ascend the winding staircase to a 230 degree panoramic ocean view. This unique, smoke-free home perches above the Pacific, like floating on a ship. It has lots of character including Mahogany cabinets, clawfoot tub overlooking the ocean, brass port hole windows, and ship masts used as support beams throughout. Built in 1994 it has all the modern amenities you'd want. It is 1700 square feet including 3 full bathrooms, two decks, electric heat, and gas fireplace.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City

We love the Oregon coast and we rented every year at the coast and thought it would be so neat to be able to have our own house at the coast. So in 2004 we took the Plunge and bought the high tide. We have shared so many wonderful family memories there and hope you will too.

It is right across from the beach and has one of the best views in Lincoln City so is fantastic when the weather turns on you as well as when it is beautiful.

    • An AMAZING property! The location is Perfect. Easy access to the beach without the beach blowing into the house. Loved the stairs made me feel like I was climbing my way to nirvana, and the view certainly supports that. Nothing like being able to watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean and see far and wide.     • We had a delightful weekend at your home in Lincoln City. Thank you! It was just the right size and accomodations for our group. Beyond the incredible view and close proximity to the beach, having three bathrooms and individual heat controls in each bedroom kept everyone happy. The 62-step climb to the front door was rewarded with privacy and such an awesome perspective of the ocean. We felt like we were in a fire-lookout tower (only with a lot more amenities).

    • We highly recommend the Lincoln City beach house, which we stayed at in 2007 & 2008 and hope to return to again this summer. The views from all levels are fantastic and you can open the doors and hear the pounding surf and just sit back and relax. We live in Mission Viejo, Ca and are 5 miles from Laguna Beach but love the scenic Oregon coast.

      I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the oppurtunity to stay at your beach house. It was one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in, and that view was simply amazing. It seemed to be the perfect weekend to get away, we missed the ice storm and had a great time with our friends.
