You can even fish off your own private dock. The dock has a fish cleaning system with a table , water and lights. There are also snook lights to attract the fish. Professional fishermen say this location is the best fishing of all the 10,000 islands. This is an incredible location, like none you will ever experience. This home is also located on a quiet dead end street.
Truly a one of a kind. French doors lead to a very spacious lanai that features a summer kitchen with lots of cupboards, wet bar, a huge heated pool . The lanai also features sky lights, a spacious living area with sofas, tables, and a granite bar that seats 9 high bar stools. There is also another round table that seats 6.
Going inside through french doors from the lanai you enter into a very light and airy great room. The delightful open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen, granite breakfast bar many cupboards and built ins. The living room has comfy sofas,that face the water.
There are 3 TV's, one is high def, Stereos, DVD's,& VCR'S. The guest bedrooms are generous and queen bedded and connect to bright baths with sky lighted tubs and separate glass enclosed over sized showers. There is also an outside heated shower.
There is a very nice laundry room with over sized washer & dryer for your convenience The front yard, road side, is lushly and tropically planted with gardenia trees, a huge mango tree, citrus trees, palms,and many flowering bushes. A stone fence surrounds the property for added privacy. This is the only property on the island that has its own sand beach. You are surrounded by water and sandy beach islands. This area is a tranquil oasis.
You are surrounded by the sound of nature and the peacefulness of island breezes. Since there are no street lights, there is no better place to stargaze. Spread your blanket out on the beach and lie back. This kind of behavior is encouraged here. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance, three on the water, some have tiki bars and live nightly entertainment. One is an award winning gourmet restaurant and reservations are a must.
Truly a unique paradise. A dream vacation to wind down and relax. You are only 5 miles from Marco Island and 10 miles from Naples and it's many golf courses Partial week available, 3 night minimum, in summer and fall only, during season is Sat to Sat only and min of a week.
