The loft is a newly renovated historic building in downtown Syracuse, ks with high ceilings and restored original yellow pine floors. The spacious 1600 sq ft second story flat offers three bedrooms featuring a king room, queen room and a bunk room with four single beds. The large living room is furnished with leather couches and oversize chairs, big screen TV and pool table. The loft has washer and dryer, kitchen, dining room and large, ornately tiled bathroom. Guests also have access to a large pool hall and game room located in the basement. The loft is conveniently located in downtown Syracuse with a theater two doors down, a donuts/coffee shop on the end of the block and a pizzeria across the street. The loft is perfect for golf weekends, business travel, holidays, family events, or upscale overnight travel lodging.

About the owner: I grew up here in Syracuse. I left in 1996 attending the University of Kansas and serving in the Air Force until moving back in 2006. In 2008 I purchased the building which now houses the Loft and began rennovations. After gutting all three levels of this building I have gradually been putting it back together over the last couple of years. Only the street level remains unfinished and I plan to finish a pub/coffee house on that level in fall 2013.
Why the Owner Chose Syracuse:
Syracuse sits in a rural setting and there are not many lodging options in our area, especially options with any class. I wanted to offer people in our area or travelling through a better option than had been available previously.
