BOOK NOW FOR THE 2009-2010 SKI SEASON. Owners love adventure and want your stay to be extraordinary. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one car garage. Very clean and tidy. Fox Pointe is located at Kimball Junction which is off of I 80 at SR 224. Fly in and ski all in the same day(maybe free with airline ticket). This location puts The Canyons 5 minutes away, Park City Mountain Resort 10 minutes away and Deer Valley 15 minutes away. Steps from free and efficiant public transit. The concept of Fox Point is that of a village. There is an 1100 acre natural preserve adjacent to the condo. Moose, sand crane, fox and many other animals make the preserve their home. A pedestrian mall is located next to the condo. Tenants include: Whole Foods Market, Red Rock Brewing, Cycle and Ski Shop, Ghidottis fine dining, Italian), 8-plex cinema, Quiznos, Panda Express, and many local merchants. There is a paved biking/walking trail and is groomed for skate/cross country skiing that goes all the way to old town. Skiing is only one of Park City's fine points. Park City has the most restaurants per square mile of any place in the US. The dining is excellent. The mountain biking here is the best. There are over 300 miles of single track mountain biking for a variety of skill levels. Many golf courses are also in the area. Park City has free concerts all summer long as well as many that require a ticket. Since Park City hosts the Sundance Film Festival each year in January, Park City shows Sundance films each week for public viewing. Other things within 1 mile of Fox Pointe: Club Suede-night club, some fast food, library, Smith grocery store, Tanger outlet mall. There are many reservoirs and rivers for all kinds of recreation.
