This beautiful, 1100-square-foot home was completely redecorated in January 2005. The dishwasher and refrigerator was replaced in 2006. The screened porch and lanai were replaced in 2007 and the bathrooms were remodeled. The floor in the living room and kitchen were replaced in 2008.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has two more sofas, one with a pull out bed. This vacation home has everything you need from linens to beach accessories to enjoy your stay.

This home is located within 15 minutes walking distance from the Ritz Carlton, Vanderbilt Beach Inn, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and Vanderbilt Beach and numerous restaurants. Shopping, movie theatre, public library, and police and fire departments are less than a half mile away.

This wonderful home is located within minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport (RSW).
