A Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 1 Master suite. Well equipped with everything you are likely to need from toasters to perfectly located, whether you are touring the theme parks or just spending a relaxing day by the pool.
Ours is a beautiful executive villa set in the prestegious gated development of Cumbrian Lakes backing onto a lake. It is only a 10 minute drive from Disney, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short distance (all along Highway 192).
Living Areas:
There are two main living areas, the lounge is equipped with 42" Plasma HD Cable TV, DVD and VHS. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas one converts into a sleeper bed. Adjacent to the Lounge is the living room which has seating for 6 around the dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine, toaster, food blender and kettle), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry plus iron and ironing board. There is also a breakfast area. The family room has a tiled floor with window looking out to the pool and sliding doors to the pool area and lania. The family room has TV with Cable DVD VHS CD and playstation 2 and games we also have a large selection of DVD films for all age groups. The villa also has a full games room with pool table, air hockey and fooseball / football table. The villa also has a large selection of board games.
Master Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom has ensuite with queen size beds. Equipped with 26" LCD HD Cable TV and DVD. There is also an Ipod Docking Station. With direct access to the Pool Deck. The bathroom have large bath and separate walk in shower. There is also a large walk in closet with a large safe that will hold a laptop.
Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms one which has a double bed and large built in closet. The other bedroom has two twin beds and built in closet. Both these bedrooms each have LCD HD TV and DVD with Cable. And Ipod Docking Stations. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and shower.
Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool and spa which backs onto one of the lakes at Cumbrian Lakes. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 2 sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool with seating for four. A ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!
Location & Surroundings:
Cumbrian Lakes is fast becomming know for its prestigeous villas in a quiet but safe gated community with a superb location only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. Which is part residential and part rental. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a children's play area, a jogging track around one of the lakes.
