Our huge 2400 sq. ft. townhome is in one of the two newest properties in Crested Butte and offers unparalleled comfort and amenities in spacious bedrooms and living areas. Discounted ski tickets delivered to the townhome. "The best we've ever stayed in!" according to one frequent Crested Butte visitor (see our testimonials).
One king bed, 6 single beds in the 3 other bedrooms, and 2 blowup beds that you can put anywhere, queen pullout in the gameroom. Outside hot tub with view. High speed internet.
Beautifully appointed in Colorado style, with beamed ceiling. Less than a block from slopes and the shuttle bus to the slopes and town stops right in front of the condo. Balconies with incredible valley views from master bedroom and living areas. The townhome has 3 floors, with a gameroom on the bottom, and the living areas and bedrooms on the upper two floors. The garage is a 2-car garage. All the floors have lovely, lovely decks.
In Summer, you have incredible views down the green valley of Crested Butte, and it's an easy 1/2 block walk to the Base of the lifts, where you can take the chair to the top (or just halfway up) and walk or mountain bike ride down home again.
New! 6 mountain bikes in townhome garage - 2 men's, 2 women's, 2 children's bikes, with oil, and pump in the townhome. You have to tell me if you want to use them! Also New! a nice grill in the garage you can roll outside and barbecue on!
In winter, it's a 1/2 block walk to the West Wall lift, and again, a gorgeous view of the snow-covered valley of Crested Butte. 2-story living room with 2-story glass panes - you have to see the view. Two very large master suites with sitting areas and an office nook with desk; huge living room AND a first floor den (with TV and foosball table)and with queen pull-out. Huge kitchen with separate dining area from main formal dining table. Cable TVs and VCR's in all bedrooms, den, and living area.
Home theatre surround system in living area with CD and DVD library. And... two jetted tubs, one in each bath for the master suites and a steam shower in the guest bath. King-size bed in master, wall- mounted headboard in second master so twins can be placed together or apart - please tell us if you want them put together- we can only do it in #15, not in #3 townhome. Twins in the third and fourth bedrooms. All Simmons Beautyrest extra firm mattresses. Two automatic blow-up mattresses with extra blankets and pillows. Common outdoor hot tub.

We had a great time in this condo! Very spacious for two families. It is a great location on the mountain close to the base area. Not a ski in/out, but a short walk to west wall lift. We had small children so we just used the shuttle that stops right in front of your door every 30 min. Furnishings are great. We would definitely consider staying there again! Thanks Jim for sharing your home with us! Crested Butte is a great skier mountain!

We had such a great time. The snow was perfect. We really enjoyed Jim's townhome. Please tell him thank you so much. He was so nice to call us early in the week to make sure all was well. He is someone I would love to meet someday. It was a great family vacation.

As was our last experience, your place is fantastic. The view is unsurpassed and the atmosphere in the village is just what I look for. As I mentioned, we were on a bicycle tour and CB was our layover day. Can't think of a better place (though I also like Mt Village in Telluride). Thanks for the use of your condo. My wife and I are considering a venue change for this year's ski trip (been skiing Vail for years)and I may look you up again for a week stay in February/March. Thanks again. Mark

Our trip to Mt Crested Butte was fantastic. What a beautiful place. The weather was beautiful for the Wedding last Saturday afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay at Treasury Point. The townhouse was very nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. The facility was perfect. What great views. (however the steps were a little tough on an old man with a family with many suitcases) Met Jim. Seems like a good guy. Thanks to Jim and everyone for allowing us to rent your place.
