Enjoy our first-floor, luxury, three-bedroom, two-bath, carriage home in Copperleaf. Copperleaf is a community within the award-winning development, "The Brooks."
This spacious, 1800-square-foot carriage home will accommodate up to seven people. The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and has its own private luxury bath. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. These can be pushed together to make king-size beds. There is also a second full bath to accommodate your guests.
Other features of the home include: gorgeous 18-inch tile throughout, large kitchen with nook, dining room with seating for four, screened-in lanai with table and chairs, laundry, and attached garage.
The swimming pool and spa are just a short walk away. The pool area is equipped with a complete kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, and sink) to meet all of your needs while swimming and sunning. The swimming pool is the sight of regular get-togethers for carriage home residents during the months of January through March.
The par 72, 18-hole, private golf course was designed by architect Gordon Lewis. The course features five sets of tee boxes, wide fairways, and well-manicured greens. The course length ranges from 4700 to 7200 yards to provide a challenge for all skill levels.
Additional Copperleaf amenities include: large practice facility complete with driving range, putting, chipping, and sand bunkers. The 11,000-square-foot clubhouse offers full-service pro shop, dining room, locker rooms, meeting rooms, and casual dining (inside and out). The is also a pool, spa, and tennis courts located near the clubhouse.
The optional golf membership provides the ability to play for only a nominal fee. The advantage to renting in the off season (May to October) is that you can play over 60 different private courses for only a cart fee.
Copperleaf is located 15 minutes from Fort Myers Airport, five minutes to the Miromar Factory Outlet Shops, and only a very short drive to the gulf beaches. There is also a variety of shopping, dining, grocery stores, and cinemas within a few miles from the development.
