You are in the center of it all--Pandosy Village with its 20 restaurants, interesting shops and three malls and beaches, the heritage corridor along Lakeshore Drive/Abbott Street, ten blocks from the downtown core of Kelowna, seven blocks from the hospital. Lovingly restored all new character home with two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate dining room on a double lot, fenced in yard, surrounded by trees, one half block off the lake, with beach park, picnic sites and tennis courts. It has a cozy charming elegance, with overstuffed furniture, built-in cabinetry, and modern kitchen. The large fenced yard is a tranquil green space with furnished patio and barbecue. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Half a block East is Pandosy Village, a cultural community full of unique shops, sports rentals, and many restaurants, such as Mizu, Papito’s, Lake Thai, Chutney (all voted “Best”), Hector’s, Marmelade Café, the Minstrel Cafe and The Pheasant and the Quail. Half a block West you can either bike/roller blade/jog or walk historic Abbott Street right into town, seven minutes away! Three blocks (South) to Gyro Park and Beach and further onto Rotary Beach. About the owner: My older twin sisters moved to the Okanagan when I was four so I spent many happy summers climbing Knox Mountain, assisting at summer camps in the various parks, playing tennis, riding my mountain bike along the fifteen trails and horseback riding

I purchased this gem of a home to be close to my family as a result of all of those summer memories when I could only visit. It is situated in the heritage corridor where I roller bladed, rode my bike or walked to the many beaches in abundance. It is a real neighborhood and Pandosy Village has kept its charm all of these years.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love the old archway and the imprinted April 1942 in the cement of the sidewalk that leads to my front door, I love all the fruit trees whose heavy boughs droop into my back yard, the 50 year old raspberry bush in my large back yard, the way the sunlight dapples on the lake as soon as I step outside, and the fact that I have all the conveniences/services that I require half a block off of Pandosy and half a block on Abbott that takes me downtown within a short walk. The hospital is half a mile away.
