This beautiful 2,000 square foot luxury condo overlooks the "14th green" of the "world-famous" TPC Stadium Golf Course. Step inside and relish in the "ambience of the interior." Condo is an end unit with vaulted ceilings. Patio faces southwest (the desired exposure in the desert). The location is quiet. This is definitely a "get away from it all" place!
The Den has a 42" Plasma with Surround Sound and Theatre Seating. There is a Fireplace, Wetbar and Entertainment Center in the Living Room. DSL (high-speed internet) as well as Local & Unlimited long-distance telephone within the U.S. & Canada as well as Cable TV with HBO is provided.
The beds are very comfortable. The condo is very clean (not a run-down rental unit). Laundry Room is inside condo. ALL Cleaning Supplies, Bed Linens, Bath and Pool Towels are provided.
GENERAL INFO ON AREA: PGA West has five courses, two are private (for members only) and three are open to the public (Stadium, Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus courses). The "Silver Rock" Golf Course (owned and operated by the City of La Quinta) is near the entrance to PGA West and is opened to the public.
The Stadium Clubhouse is open to the public and has a gift shop, full bar and a restaurant serving breakfast & lunch. The Greg Norman Clubhouse is also open to the public.
PGA West is a guard-gated community with 24/7 security. There are 21 pools and spas for your use within the Stadium.
