I provide a quality product and want to rent to those who will appreciate and desire a quality product. My condominium is full of upgraded designer touches, a charming studio with Ralph Lauren finishes. You will be so comfortable, you will not want to leave! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with Kitchen Aid cooking utensils, baking sheets, crock pot, quality silverware, wine glasses, knives and; plenty of space to cook that romantic dinner for two after an exciting day on the mountain! I just purchased a brand new 32" flat screen HDTV and Merkury Inovations Personal Mini Speaker System for iPod, iPhone, and other MP3 players. Sleeps two in a queen-sized bed. An airbed is also available and would accomodate a small child. I want you to be comfortable so I try to be clear that this condo is best suited for a couple or a couple with a small child. It is only a studio condo.
All Seasons is a lovely studio condominium with a prime location. It is located IN Vail Village and just across the street from the chair lifts at Golden Peak. Vail Village is a beautiful and scenic pedestrian-only Village with incredible restaurants and great shopping. The Village sits at the base of one of the countries best ski mountains and the Golden Peak Chairlift is just across the street from my condo. Not across the highway, but just across Vail Valley Drive. Children's ski school is conveniently located right next to the Golden Peak Chairlift.
The studio is approximately 500 square feet with queen-sized bed and is charmingly decorated with Ralph Lauren finishes. I provide a good-sized and fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare your meals. Of course the kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microvave and dishwasher. You'll feel right at home here! The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated).
The location is what sells this place. You are less than a one minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. The lifts at Golden Peak, which means ski school, lifts, and restaurants (Larskspur is one of the best!) are at your doorstep. My complex is delightful and well maintained with gracious neighbors - you will feel right at home.
Please check out my map as it displays things like Chairlift, Ticket Office, Ford Amphitheatre, Betty Ford Alpine Garden, Starbucks, Movie Theatre, and Bowling Alley.
I offer free wi-fi, in addition to the wi-fi offered by the Town of Vail (which takes 10- 15 minutes to log onto and boots you out in 1 hour - you can log onto my wi-fi instantly and use it for as long as you need).
As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car.
This condo is best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.)

Why the Owner Chose All Seasons
This condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, yet it is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and buslte, therefore, it is very peaceful. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Fork Amphitheatre and the Bravo Symphany Series as will as the International Dance Festival.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I have lived in Vail for the past 20 years. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic!

My wife and I stayed at this condo mid January 2011. It was everything we were looking for. Simple clean room with a comfortable bed to recover from days on the mountain. Short walk to the village and even shorter to the lifts! Highly recommended and a great value all things considered with the pricing in Vail.

My husband and I have now stayed here twice...Christmas in 2008 and early Jan in 2012. When we decided to hit Vail again in 2012, it was our first choice. We knew the location is GREAT, Rene is easy to work with and very dependable, and the place is clean, nice, warm and cozy. You are such a short walk from the lift and the town/shuttle. Cant go wrong!

I played in vail lacrosse tournament last week and needed a place close to the field and close to the town. This cozy place was great and Rene was a pleasure to deal with via email and phone (I had snafu that I had to call her about and she solved my dilemma right away). The condo is a 2 minute walk east to the lax field and 4 mins west to the vail village, Red Lio, Tap Room etc where our team would meet at night. Fantastic convenience for me. Great Extra Feature: I forgot to buy coffee and was bummed that I would have to venture out in the morning. Looked in cabinet and it was totally stocked! Filters, coffee etc....again, thanks Rene.
Owner response:Thanks Joe. I really appreciate the comments. It means a lot to me. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!

If you and a significant other is looking for a home away for home, look no further. Me and Wife stayed in this beautiful, elegant Studio for 5 days and honestly we felt like we were staying with Family or our own little Condo! Rene is a pleasure to work with and she spare's no expense in making sure her guests are as comfortable as they would be at home! She thinks of everything an the fact that this studio is Modern, Cozy and located with walking distance makes this studio the perfect place to stay when visiting Vail Village!

We stayed New Year's weekend 2010 and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and convenient to Golden Peak. We walked right out the door and across the street to the Golden Peak lift. The condo had everything we needed when we got in from our days of skiing. Thanks!

I used this condo for a 4-day skiing weekend in January with my daughter. I did not know Vail before and did not have a car (came by hired car). The condo is in GREAT shape, really cozy, well equipped and has a very nice, large kitchen to gather and cook. Also, plenty of storage to put away all the ski equipment and clothes after a day on the slopes. The condo's best attribute though is it's location to both base stations, ski school and village. It's just far away to be quiet but only a 5min walk to any of these locations. One detail which should be mentioned is that it's in the basement floor, wo it's easy to access, gets enough light through 2 large windows, but not as much light/views as higher up condos. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend to any couple/3 people visiting.

I stayed here for a weekend in November with my two dogs and loved the coziness and cleanliness of this condo. The condo is so, so convenient and Rene was so accommodating. It is the best place to stay for one or two people and allowing pets takes the cake in my book. If there are any problems Rene will take care of them right away so just let her know. I am looking forward to going back sometime during the ski season!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week in 2006, during the ski season and it was fantastic. The owner couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the actual condo is impressive. Everything here is top notch (that's Australian for "very fancy"!!) and so comfortable. The bed hugged me to sleep every night and the coziness of the entire condo makes you never want to leave for the mountain. I highly recommend this place and wish more of these places existed all over Colorado ski resorts.
