SUMMER: Close to Ford Amphitheater for The Bravo Symphony Series and The International Dance Festival as well as The Betty Ford Alpine Gardens
WINTER: Walk to everything. Located IN Vail Village across from the Golden Peak Chairlift, Larkspur Restaurant and Children's Ski School.
Convenient, charming, and romantic.
This studio condo comes with FREE parking for one car a new 32' falt screen TV and a brand new bathroom. I also just added a bigger table in the sitting area. It's good for computer work, but flip the top over and it's a game table. Remove the top with checkers and chess to reveal a back gammon board too!
E-mail is the best way to contact me. I work a lot and it is not always convenient for me to talk on the phone. (but you can still try to catch me by phone)
Vail Village is a beautiful and romantic getaway. stroll through the cobblestone streets adorned with many bronze sculptures, water features and sit on any of the many benches to relax and just take it all in. The Village is full of great shops and restaurants. It is a pedestrian only Village which really adds to its charm and character. The sun is strong in the summer so a hat is a good idea, and wear comfortable shoes.
I provide a quality product and want to rent to those who will appreciate and desire a quality product. My condominium is full of upgraded designer touches, a charming studio with Ralph Lauren finishes. You will be so comfortable, you will not want to leave! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with Kitchen Aid cooking utensils, baking sheets, crock pot, quality silverware, wine glasses, knives and plenty of space to cook that romantic dinner for two after an exciting day on the mountain! There is a 32' flat screen HDTV and Merkury Inovations Personal Mini Speaker System for iPod, iPhone, and other MP3 players.
The studio condo sleeps two in a queen-sized pillow top bed. An airbed is also available and would accommodate a small child. I want you to be comfortable so I try to be clear that this condo is best suited for a couple or a couple with a small child. It is only a studio condo. It's like a hotel room with large kitchen.
My condo is lovely condominium but the location is prime! It is located IN Vail Village and just across the street from the chair lift at Golden Peak. Vail Village is a beautiful and scenic pedestrian-only Village with incredible restaurants and great shopping. The Village sits at the base of one of the countries best ski mountains and the Golden Peak Chairlift is just across the street from my condo. Not across the highway, but just across Vail Valley Drive. About a 2 minute walk. Children's ski school is conveniently located right next to the Golden Peak Chairlift.
The studio is approximately 500 square feet with queen-sized pillow top Beauty Rest bed and is charmingly decorated with Ralph Lauren finishes. I provide a good-sized and fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare your meals. Of course the kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also includes all your pots, pans, serving utensils, blender, mixer, baking sheets, measuring cups and spoons, cutting boards, knives, coffee maker, toaster and so much more! You'll feel right at home here! The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated). Separated by cinder block walls, there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.
I have much pride in my condo. I live here in Vail and do frequent walk through and quality check on things in the condo. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. My housekeeper has been with me for 8 years and she does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, please let me know.
The location is what sells this place. You are less than a three minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. The lifts at Golden Peak, which means ski school, lifts, and restaurants (Larskspur is one of the best!) are at your doorstep. My complex is delightful and well maintained with gracious neighbors - you will feel right at home.
If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in the 8 years of renting this condo.
If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.
Don't forget to check out my map as it displays things like Chairlift, Ticket Office, Ford Amphitheater, Betty Ford Alpine Garden, Starbucks, Movie Theater, and Bowling Alley.
I offer free wi-fi, in addition to the wi-fi offered by the Town of Vail (which takes 10- 15 minutes to log onto and boots you out in 1 hour - you can log onto my wi-fi instantly and use it for as long as you need).
As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car.
This condo is best suited for a couple (or a couple with a small child.) The views are toward the courtyard.
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 DAYS OR MORE) ARE SUBJECT TO THE SAME RATES & TERMS AS NIGHTLY RENTALS.
P.S. If you are paying less than $100 per night, and it is off season, I might have cut back my cable television services, therefore offering limited channels. Probably only 20 channels to choose from at that time.
Again, the best way to contact is to send me an e-mail directly from this page. I work a lot and it is not always convenient for me to talk on the phone. You can still try to call if you like, it's just that e-mail really is best for me. Thank you.

This studio condo was perfect and it offered us exactly what we were looking for. It was 1 block to the lift and a short walk into the center of the village. The unit was spotless.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

No sense repeating what others have said, so yes, condo is as advertised. Transaction was smooth and property was comfortable & clean. Location is excellent. The condo is small, which we knew going in, but perfect for 2 people. We'll definitely go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

After staying in two of Rene's condos, I've become her loyal customer. There are lots of comments here about the great location, kitchen, furnishings, condition, value, etc of this unit, and they are all understatements. It is an absolutely awesome studio, with personal touches that make you want to stay for a whole season. But please don't, so I can rent it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a "dollhouse" of a place. The comments we read about it being fully equipped with everything is so true and more. Perfect location to Golden Peak and Vail free bus. Beware sports lovers, there are no sports channels on TV. A suggestion is try to arrive before dark, rather than stumbling around looking for the place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for the great comments. I really appreciate it. Your stay was in early November which is off season in the Vail Valley. I cut my cable television services for the off season just as I cut the nightly rate. Please know that during peak ski season and peak summer season, there are many more cable channels to choose from! I hope you come back again soon!

This condo is conveniently located & within easy walking distance to "the village." It is nicely appointed & was very clean, which is a great compliment coming from me, as I'm a "clean freak." Though I didn't actually cook, the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. Rene was great to work with. The hair dryer gave up the ghost & she promptly told us just to go next door to borrow the one from that condo. The umbrella left in the closet came in handy more than one time! The only negative thing that I would offer is that 3 bath towels & 2 hand towels is very insufficient for 2 people for 6 nights. A few more wash cloths would have been nice, as well. The only other suggestion would be perhaps to provide a side table for those of us who must sleep with a cpap. I improvized & made it just fine, though! I felt the condo was an excellent value & would recommend it for 2 people spending most of their time sight seeing.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This rental was my first opportunity to try out VRBO, and it was just as easy as renting a hotel except for the personal touches provided by this fabulous little condo. From the initial correspondence with Rene, it was clear that she was providing a high level of service. She answered all of my questions and provided a very clear outline of what would happen & when. She gave me detailed instructions that led us right to the door (and through the door!) of the condo. We were pleased by what we found - an immaculately clean, well-appointed condo that was very, very comfortable. I had been afraid it would feel like I was staying in someone else's home, but it felt like a very roomy hotel room with high-end accoutrements and little surprises in every corner. (For example, it looked like it would rain, so I opened the closet door to find an umbrella. Sure enough - there was one waiting for us!) Nothing in the condo seemed worn-out, and Rene really has thought of everything you might need while you're there. Though this is a lower-level condo, it feels light and airy. My husband & I both enjoyed our view of the lovely little courtyard. I would happily recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Vail - especially if they want to be a stone's throw from all the action. Thanks, Rene!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have completely enjoyed our stays at this beautifully decorated and maintained condo. Although it is a studio arrangement, there is a good sized kitchen and generous closet and storage space, making it wonderfully livable. The owner has provided everything necessary to a great escape. The location is perfect – close enough to the main part of the village that everything is within easy walking distance but just far enough away to provide a peaceful setting. The private free parking right by the door to the unit is a major bonus. Priced right, too . . . it's our favorite place to stay in Vail.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail for 20 years. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I do. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Why the Owner Chose All Seasons:
This condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, yet it is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and buslte, therefore, it is very peaceful. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Fork Amphitheater and the Bravo Symphony Series as will as the International Dance Festival.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I have lived in Vail for the past 20 years. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic!
